It is located right in front of the sea and promenade in St Paul's Bay. Apartment is also fully air conditioned. There is also free Wifi internet in the apartment. Apartment has 3 terraces. The largest terrace is 5m x 3m and overlooks the bay and is ideal to sunbathe, have breakfast, lunch, romantic dinner or simply relax over a glass of wine while enjoying the nice sea view. Please refer to the attached images to see the magnificent view there is from this terrace which is furnished with garden furniture and a gas Bbq set. The second largest terrace is 3mx1m and faces Southeast. Thus this terrace is ideal for a couple to have breakfast and enjoy some morning sun. The smallest terrace is used for the washing machine and is covered to allow the clothes to dry away from our hot sun, and rarly rain This new penthouse has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a kitchen dining living. In this room there are 2 sofa beds which can accommodate another couple as they can easily be turned into a double bed with a normal mattress. The penthouse is served with an elevator.
