Property was easy to find. Location was close to University Ave. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were uncomfortable but I guess we are all use to our own. I did have a fee concerns with the dangerous walkway but the owner assured me it would be fixed in time for my next stay. Thanks for having us.

Lovely user friendly property with everything you could possibly need . The kitchen was so well stocked and the decoration was lovely.

This property was ideally located close to major roads to get to downtown Charlottetown and for us to several golf courses. Anton was a great host promptly replying to enquiries. House was well maintained, clean and nicely furnished. I would recommend this location for adults and families alike.

We all loved the home, including our dogs.

We really enjoyed this house - great as a landing spot for day trips and equipped with everything our young family needed (and more as we hardly even touched the whole bottom level). Lots of space to spread out. We noticed multiple upgrades and updates since the listing photos were taken. Kids dishes were appreciated - and super easy to access TV and wifi. Thanks!

We had a great stay, check in and out process was great, and the place was very clean when we arrived. We didn’t have any complaints and we would definitely stay again!

Best place to stay in Charlottetown for that home away from home experience. Short drive to all amenities, house is in a quiet residential neighborhood with local parks within walking distance. Anton is an amazing and responsive host! Can’t say enough good things.

We came here at short notice because of a family emergency, and it was just what we needed--well laid out, lots of room, a peaceful location, and everything we needed.

I was in Charlottetown for two weeks on business, and on these extended trips I travel with my dog. Although there are hotels that allow pets, we are so much more comfortable in a house. And in this house we were eminently comfortable! Everything you need to be comfortable is available. I can’t say enough great things about this amazing property and the owner. Will stay here again!

I appreciated the dish soap, dishwasher tabs, spices etc - things you sometimes forget to bring from home. When we left, my youngest forgot a brand new stuffy she’d just bought. She was very upset. I contacted Anton, he found it quickly, and the next day he delivered it to a friend’s hotel for safe delivery back to Halifax! So the house gets five stars from the whole family…thanks, Anton!

This was a great property for all of us and the neighbourhood was family oriented with nice neighbours. It was spacious and offered those little things you appreciate when travelling (even those extra laundry soap and dryer sheets - "nice touch"). We really were 10 minutes from downtown Charlottetown and my office for this work trip. Well done - I would stay there again.

Only minutes away from Capital drive where you find Charlottetown mall, Wal Mart, Canadian Tire, the cinema, Esso petrol station and only 10 minutes to charming downtown Charlottetown. The house is located near both Lower Malpeque and Canada hiway 1 which give easy access to two major thoroughfares to explore the island. The airport is 4 minutes away straight down Sherwood Drive. The owner is attentive if anything is needed and provided so many items that i only needed to buy food! Spices, tissues, coffee everything was ready and waiting for us. We are planning to return whenever we visit PEI and cannot wait to return. Thank you Anton for making my first vacation in 24 years such a delightful experience!

Quiet location, great property. It was perfect for our group of 5. Very clean. Well furnished. Modern. Only downside was the AC clearly not sufficient for this property size. But we knew getting in. Owner was prompt in responding to our questions. Thanks again!

Great clean, quiet place in a convenient location. This home had everything we needed. Plus the beaches are 15 min away and you can get downtown Charlottetown in 12 minutes. This place is your home away from home😎�. I would definitely recommend this place👍�.

Home was clean , functional and well furnished. The weather in PEI was very hot and humid during our stay and the house is not air conditioned which made it difficult to enjoy the house. There is however a window AC in 2 of the 3 bedrooms so sleeping for some of us was comfortable.

This rental property was immaculate. Centrally located, close to amenities, and a very quiet neighbourhood..the owner, Anton, was a pleasure to work with! Thank you PEI for a vacation we will never forget.

Only 10 minutes from downtown and about 5 minutes from the airport. Well stocked with towels, soap, extra bedding. Lots of room to spread out for a family. Would definitely rent again.

Our only suggestion would be to have screens or air conditioners for upstairs bedrooms.
