Condo was on the ground floor of Phase 2 at Las Palomas. The location was perfect with easy access to the pools and beach. The host was very communicative and easy to get ahold of. I had booked the reservation a a month ahead but when I called the resort 5 days prior, they couldn't find my name under any reservations. I contacted the host and he said he puts it under my name 2 days prior to check-in and provided reassurance. That's something to keep in mind. Other than that, everything was good. I would stay here again.

The location of the condo to literally everything was beyond what we could have hoped. Unit was clean and well maintained. Hosts were very prompt to respond to me when I had a question a few days before the stay. We only had 2 minor criticisms but they were definitely not dealbreakers to stay here. My family and I would definitely stay here again and hope to next fall!

Of all our visits to Las Palomaās this unit was our favorite!! Tiny issue with leak the first night, messaged the owner & it was resolved in less than 20 minutes. Hoping to book again for future visits.

We have stayed at this resort more times than I can count. This room and location are by far the best weāve had. We had eight women and never felt overcrowded. The layout and furniture were perfect. We absolutely love being on the first floor and is the primary reason for booking. We stayed at plenty of other locations on the first floor and this one far surpasses our experiences. I really enjoyed staying in phase 2 compared to phase 1 and the location of the room was perfect, just steps away from the pool and beach. Our only suggestion would be to add some WD-40 to the middle door leading out to the patio. It was very difficult to open at times. We ended up using the other sliding glass doors, going to the bedrooms instead. We plan to keep in touch with this owner and book here again!

Fantastic rental, and even better resort. This ground floor oasis is positioned perfect. Just steps away from the pools, bar and beach. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely rent again

We have stayed at Las Palomas many times before, but the ground-floor condo was a game changer! Beautiful condo, comfortable beds, everything we needed for a relaxing getaway with family and friends. This unit comfortably accommodated six adults and two kids. Just steps from the swim-up bar!

This is my second time staying at this condo and I love it!!! I love the location of this unit itās very convenient when youāre traveling with kid is located right in front of the pool. It has a huge balcony where you can enjoy meals and family time. The beds are very comfortable. I definitely recommend this condo itās a must!!!!!

The property was in a great location close to the parking lot and onsite restaurants. The property was clean and offered everything we needed. The only issue we had was the main sliding door was hard to open and close. Overall we would stay here again. Thanks

Great location!! Jump right in the lazy river as soon as you step off the patio! Steps to the bar! Waiters serve you ON THE BEACH! Great view too!! LOVE the new coffee cafe!! Will stay here again and again and again!!!

This was such a great location in Phase 2 right near all the amenities. It made going back and forth to the room as needed so easy. The unit was spacious with great views and a nice big patio. Also, a good size island great for prep. Everything we could need for an easy and fun vacation!

We have been to Rocky Point before and we really enjoyed having a ground floor close to the beach and pool. The room was very nice and we never had a single issue.

We had an amazing time here. Best of all was the location of this place. Itās on the ground level just steps away from the pool and beach. Temo was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to my messages. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future.

If you donāt mind cold showers the place is amazing! I would recommend taking a bath in the hotel hot tub just walking distance away from your back porch! I recommend to the owner reading thisā¦ replace your water heater!

This condo is beautiful and super clean ! I loved that so much . We have stayed at other condos in Mexico and they were not ! We loved the location being so close to the heated pools and jacuzzis. Only complaint we had was no fault of the owner but the guests right above us had lots of little kids running back and forth til 1 am every morning so it made it hard to sleep - we could hear everything up above . We would definitely book again though .

The resort is nice but too many rules for us such as no beach balls even though it was our 4 year old grandson playing with it. Seperate rules for guests and owners is ridiculous. Our unit was lacking a working microwave and second master bath was lacking hot water.

We love las Palomaās phase 2! This room was perfect, steps from the pool, massive patio, well taken care of place. Our kids age 8 and 9 were able to go to and from the room very easily. We will book the room everytime!
The ooooonly issue was the master bathroom didnāt have any hot water. Was odd though because the other bathroom had hot water. Never said anything during the stay. We managed just fine all using the other bathroom.

The only thing I didnāt like about this place is that I donāt get to wake up to it everyday. Everything was amazing. The view, the home, and being able to access the beach and pool within feet. I canāt wait to go back asap!!

Just got back yesterday. This is the fourth year coming to Puerto Penasco. We have stay in Luna blanca and EncantĆ³ but this time we stay at Las Palomas and we loved it. Especially since my older kids joined us and their first time in PR. We all had a great time and the condo was great would high recommend it. Floor level and right next to the swim up bar and the lazy river. Without a doubt a great location This condo is beautiful decorated and clean. Las palomas is a great resort with a gym, restaurant and a little market.

This is one of the best properties at Las Palomas- the location, layout and cleanliness are the best. This is our second time staying in this unit and had a wonderful time just like the last time. If you have kids or just don't like having to use the elevators or stairs - this is the place for you! Best location!! Will likely be back again :)
