The kitchen includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Return each afternoon to swim in the outdoor pool, take a lesson with the resort's tennis pro, or enjoy an alfresco lunch with your family on the sun-splashed pool deck. Back at the house, you'll have WiFi to share photos of the day's greatest hits, a fireplace to take off the evening chill, and a cable TV for fun-filled movie nights with the kids. This two-level home is located at The Island Inn on Martha's Vineyard, a five-acre property one mile south of downtown Oak Bluffs. Spend your vacation swimming and sunbathing at Joseph Sylvia State Beach (half a mile south) and Inkwell Beach (one mile north), practice your drive at the adjacent Farm Neck Golf Club, and stroll into downtown Oak Bluffs to shop, dine, and ride the historic Flying Horses carousel. Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn. THINGS TO KNOW One of the sleeping spaces is a semi-enclosed sleeping space; the second-floor bedroom being a lofted space, semi-open to the floor below. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
