Boasting an incredible array of amenities, including Har-Tru clay tennis courts, a shared outdoor pool, and a great location less than a mile to the beach, this rental has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Tucked away on the eastern edge of the 18-hole Farm Neck Golf Club, this condo makes it easy to access the very best of Martha's Vineyard. Soak up some sun at Inkwell Beach or Joseph Sylvia State Beach, or head north into Oak Bluffs, where you can ride the Flying Horses Carousel or grab an ice cream cone and window shop the Circuit Avenue boutiques. After an exhilarating day on the island, head back to the Island Inn to relax - or let the fun continue! Cool off with a dip in the pool or enjoy a professional tennis lesson at one of the three on-site courts. When you've worked up an appetite, fix a snack or quick meal in the kitchen, then settle in for a quiet night on the sofa. The kitchen includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Cable TV and free WiFi are provided for your convenience, and a shady breezeway is a lovely place to sit and watch the day come to an end. Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn. THINGS TO KNOW One of the sleeping spaces is a semi-enclosed sleeping space, separated from the living room by a half-wall. It is not a full bedroom. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Nice place to stay in oak bluffs! City buses also stops with requests even though there’s no official bus stop!

Convenient amenities, pool,deck and restaurant next door - but room had an odor and kitchen, living space 2 beds crammed into a tiny space - not comfortable. Also described as being walking distance to beach which it was not - glad it was sort of n the bus line - but not really. loved MV but would not stay here again.

Room was fantastic for our group of 5, mum dad & 3 grown up children. Very comfortable, enjoyed sitting on the balcony, used the pool, and the food next for at Noman's was great.

The bed weren’t comfortable made a lot of noise,The room was really clean and had everything you. Just don’t stay downstairs or you be able to hear everything upstairs it’s so noisy the people above kept running but other than that it’s nice.

Just the right distance away from town with a popular restaurant next door. Our room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

Only private sleeping area for one queen bed. The rest were out in the open. This was a surprise to us.

Love the use of space and all the conveniences of the unit's full kitchen and 1.5 bath. Only complaint was from noise from unit above us. Footsteps, dragging and loud metallic banging noises were frequently heard at night

Overall, the place was comfortable for a couple of nights. Any longer, the dark rooms and small bathrooms might have gotten on everyone's nerves. The ceilings in the bathrooms are peeling and the place looks a little tired. In walking distance to downtown which was great.

Nice island Inn decor, spacious with kitchen fridge, overn, microwave and basics (dish soap, paper towels). An easy stay for myself, daughter and grandson. Beware that if people in adjacent rooms are loud you can hear them (I just used ear buds at night).

Place was good for 2 adults and 2 children. No privacy if there are more adults. Reviews that say walls and ceilings paper thin are correct. Can here your neighbors next door and every move above you. People seem to follow the quiet time fairly well from 10 pm to about 7 am. One issue were gnats in bathroom.

The first night a party of young men stayed in the flat directly above us and we could hear every step and word. They returned at 2 am and woke us up - sounds of a rough night. Second night the fire alarm went off for about 30 minutes around 10 pm.

Great location and amazing restaurant next door
We loved the location right on the bike path and close to the beach . We ate at the restaurant next door 3 times as it was so amazing and convenient . Will definitely stay here again

Great week!
We had a great week on the Vineyard. The location was very convenient, parking was easy, and the kids loved the pool. The restaurant next door was literally through a gate in the yard and was an easy night out. Check in was smooth and the door was locked by keycode, so no actual keys needed. One night our TV broke and they installed a new TV the next morning. Overall would recommend and stay again!

Cute little place to get away
Our family loved the stay! Nice grass for our 1 yr old to run and play. Resturant next door with outside seating and yard games like corn hole oversized jenga. We didn’t get to check out the pool but looked nice. We will definitely stay again

Enjoyable stay
Location was phenomenal. Staff was friendly. The unit was very clean. My one complaint is that the bedroom does not cool
down since it is on the opposite end of the of the unit. You have to sleep with the bedroom door open to the rest of the unit. The ceiling fan in the bedroom did help tremendously tho. Other than that, we have no complaints and would stay again.

The condo was very nice and the lands at the inn were very nice. Only downfall was not being able to use the pool if the lifeguard wasn’t working even though it’s a small pool

Pros: location - we were able to bike several miles from Island Inn's parking lot, directly onto the scenic bike path. , nicely decorated. The kitchen was well appointed.
Cons: The walls are very thin and unfortunately we had a screaming toddler next door. The floors are very thin as well and being on the bottom level you hear EVERY footstep *amongst other things ...; we used the kitchen for breakfast but there's no exhaust system - so the smoke alarm went off b/c of it. There were a few other little things here & there, but we still enjoyed our stay.
I would recommend the space for 3-4 people, 2 adults and kids. Anymore than that would be too tight. Although there is a small table to eat at in the living space, you really cant fit more than 3 people. The room with the 2 single beds has a partial wall dividing it from the living room space so there is no real privacy for adults, but ideal for kids.
I did a lot of researching for places to stay at MV w/ and w/o a kitchen, and this place met all of our needs.

Loved staying in 34G
Unit 34G and Island Inn were great! Specifically 34G was very clean and appeared to be newly renovated. We loved the decor and layout. The little touches were appreciated. There are hooks throughout to hang towels, clothes etc. The new kitchen was also really nice. Our only complaint was there are no outlets in the living room area to charge phones and the lock on the door to get in is very temperamental. The pool is also very clean and very nice. Also, the staff were very friendly. I’d definitely stay there again if we are on the Vineyard.

Great stay all around
While we were only there for two nights, we would've gladly stayed longer. The place was clean, modern, cozy, and close to a bunch of fun spots in Oak Bluffs and Edgartown.
