Dw locatie was prima, heel centraal. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was goed
De kamer was heel klein, het bed slecht en de badkamer vies. Ook was het ontzettend lawaaierig. Om half 5 's nachts stond er nog een tv aan.

Very much liked the property. I recommend it đź‘Ť
The toilets because it’s shared with the guests and customers coming to the same location. So there was a big problem concerning cleanliness but the stuff were there to have it cleaned.

We got a chance to upgrade our room at the arrival but to a substantial rate.
The rooms are small and with very small bath rooms. Insulation to other rooms were poor. Installations are not professionally done. There were for instant no air fan in the bathroom which resulted in a mounded ceiling.
The breakfast was really good and the restaurant premises really nice.

It was sooooooo loud, almost like someone was in your room talking in your ear. The motor bikes and cars started roaming the the streets starting 5am. The windows have no insulation whatsoever. There were 2-3mm gaps around them.
We also didn't get the room we payed for (one with a seating area) and half of the supposed facilities were missing.
Booking also failed to support us with a partial refund for the lacking facilities. Instead they kept pushing for us to speak to the management (I don't speak French, Arabic or Berber, they don't speak English). After I wouldn't comply with that, they were offering us to switch rooms. We had just unpacked. It was our last stop before ending the vacation and I was already at the end of my nerves with all the previous' accomodations false promises. I just wanted a gesture of compensation for our semi-ruined holidays but they just complicated things further.

Mourad and his family are wonderful hosts who will help in any way they can. They are welcoming and helpful, full of smiles. Great breakfast, great room, great location.i really enjoyed my stay! Great value too! Just make sure you message them before you arrive to clarify how to check-in.
The only thing to note is that because it has a resturant/Cafe above the accommodation, it is quite loud, always with music, and often with many people coming in. If you want somewhere quiet, this is not it, but if you want somewhere social, it's perfect!

he accommodation also has a restaurant on the terrace, terrible noise until 11:00 p.m.
Then they cleaned for 1 more hour.
insanely.
otherwise, the breakfast is fine. The rooms are like in a student dormitory.

Art house had nice decor and beautiful rooms. Nice hot shower and a restaurant upstairs was a big plus. Though you should know that you can hear music quite loud in your room the time restaurant is open. Great breakfast and great staff. And we were happy to share our room with a catmom and two kittens. Adorable!

everything! the owner and staff were fantastic, the food was delicious, lots of delicious non-alcoholic beverages, the room was comfortable and we love the decor, the Art House indoor/outdoor levels of the restaurant had a great vibe, the BEST live music of locals jamming on a Saturday night; excellent value

PLEASE TAKE YOUR EAR PLUGS AS THE STREET NOISE GOES ON THROUGH THE NIGHT

Location was very central. Great vibe and quirky decor. Night market close by along with a great fish restaurant on the quay.
El Jadida didn't have a great deal to offer but the beach, the night market and the old medina were good for a overnight stay - unfortunately there was a lot rubbish on the beach and the town felt neglected.

Everything! I was lucky enough to get the whole apartment that is available to rent in there as well. We were only 2 people, the flat could easily host more people. Bed very comfy, everything was clean and the stuff is beyond amazing. Food at the restaurant is awesome as well. Location could not be better. Will definitely come back!

The rooms are very stylish, a comfortable bed, sockets, a cafe upstairs is very convenient, because there are practically no restaurants around in the evening. Hot water. Very tasty breakfast
1. There is no toilet in the rooms, it is shared. But it is common not only for 4 rooms on the floor, but for the whole cafe, and believe me, this is a popular cafe and there are always a lot of people in it. Imagine that 4 floors of a cafe go to the same toilet, there is certainly no soap and toilet paper. And in the midst of a party, you suddenly need to go to the toilet, on your floor there are also cafe guests sitting on the sofa and you come out with toilet paper in your hands. Very uncomfortable. Also, the flush button is broken, I don't think it's expensive to fix it. But there is a bidet in the room - it's unclear why.
2. The man at the reception promised that he would change our room in the morning, but apparently he has memory problems and we didn't see him until very late in the evening. And in the evening he pretended that he didn't remember
3. In addition to memory problems, the man at the reception has a math problem, a vegetarian pizza for 80 dh, 2 teas for 15 dh and a salad for 20 he somehow magically got 190 dh - I hate when they cheat
4. This man also has problems with personal boundaries, he touched me and my boyfriend all the time during the conversation! I didn't think that in an Arab country, it's customary to be so tactile and I hate being touched without permission!

The hotel is a nice place to spend one night.
the noise on the reviews is because of the cafe and restaurant on the rooftop of the hotel. we enjoyed the stay on the rooftop with it. they closed at 23.00
so there’s no noise after that.
the hotel is in the heart of the old Town. perfect location to see everything in the town.

The whole building is beautiful. The team were wonderful and kind to us. The location is in the UNESCO World Heritage old town fortress ( La Cité Portugaise ) and close to the beach and shops outside it. The hotel guest breakfast was generous. The cafe upstairs is vibrant and popular. This place offers a great opportunity to experience the local night life and cafe culture, with people singing together and playing card games to hang out in a very wholesome and happy way. It is quiet in the mornings. The late check out time is very good.
The La Cité Portugaise is loud with street noise at night, until at least 11pm even on Sundays. This city has a nocturnal culture, which is normal in Morocco, and the cafe is one of the coolest places in the fortress so it's very popular. Plan to go to bed late and sleep in! We had trouble sleeping before 11pm.

I don’t understand why this property is rated under an 8 out of 10. Mourad is an amazing and friendly host, the rooms are just the size you need for a short stay and it’s very clean. The riad is beautiful and you can enjoy a breakfast, lunch and/or diner at the restaurant above which serve great food for the price. We enjoyed a night of live music! The restaurant closes at 11 pm so it’s not noisy in the night.
We had the room right next to the street and people and motorcycles pass at night so we had trouble getting a good sleep so if you can bring some earplugs or try to select any of the 3 other rooms :)

- the worse stuff I have ever dealt with
- I do not recommend. We arrived to the place and the stuff refused to accept me with my fiancé because we are not married Europeans. They said they don’t care if we are married or not, we can sleep in the same room but under the condition that we pay for two rooms.

We've got free room upgrade. The room was large and nice.
There is a bar in floor above accommodation (owner is same, stairs are from street to bar around your room). The bar is really loud. During our stay there was a live music. We couldn't sleep till 2am. In that time bar was closing. The bar is maybe not open so long every day but I wouldn't go to this place again.

Very cute place. The staff were very friendly. I was offered free cup of tea.
The room inside was well decorated. They had music upstairs on Saturday. Very vibrant place.
I did enjoy my stay there.
Totally recommended.

everything. Small room, miniscule toilet, no hot water, the shutters, windows and bedroom's door did not close properly. A bar/cafe on the roof terrace tremendous noise , no privacy.

Great location inside Cité Portugaise. Very comfortable beds, minimalist decor, NO televisions or phones. Great breakfast that comes with the room. The kitchen makes a great seafood Pastilla. Staff is very friendly!
The restaurant above is popular and gets loud on some evenings.

the staff was very cheerful
the WC was shared between rooms, and the location is in a popular neighborhood
