Charming Madrid Plaza - in the Plaza Mayor: THE APARTMENT Charming Madrid Plaza apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, just next to Plaza Mayor. This spectacular apartment is newly renovated, but keeping the original characteristics of the building, such as the wooden beams. The Charming Madrid Plaza is completely exterior and overlooks the Plaza de la Provincia and the Palacio de Santa Cruz.The Charming Madrid Plaza is ideal to make your stay in Madrid unforgettable. We find two bedrooms with two double beds, wardrobes and a safe, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a fridge, a ceramic hob, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and cooking tools.The living room has a large sofa where you can enjoy a movie on a large flat screen TV.Among the comforts of the apartment we find: Free Wi-Fi, bedding sheets, towels and toiletries. The Charming Madrid Plaza is the best option to stay in the center of Madrid and to be able to walk to the main places of interest.Charming Madrid Plaza outward facing and with views to Plaza de la Provincia and Palacio de Santa Cruz. The building where the apartment is located is completely renovated but does not have an elevator, so you should access through a staircase. THE AREA Charming Madrid Plaza is right next to Plaza Mayor and only 5 minutes away (walking distance) to Puerta del Sol. The main tourist attractions of Madrid are very close, just a short walk from the apartment.The area is full of traditional restaurants, tapas bars and Spanish shops. You will certainly feel like a local! HOW TO MOVE AROUND The closest underground stations are Sol and Tirso de Molina. THE FINE PRINT -There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival. -Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport and credit/debit card upon check-in. -Events and/or parties are not allowed. -For reservation of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills will be included up to 50€. The tenant will have to pay for any extra.

This walk up apartment was perfect. It was 6th floor walk up, but very worth it when you got to the top and saw the beautiful view. The place was clean and the location was perfect for seeing the sights. Jorge was there to meet us after our flight and helped carry our stuff up and have us Madrid info. I woujd definitely stay there again!

We had a great time staying at this apartment in Madrid. The place is very well located, a short and easy walk to many top sights including the Royal Palace and the Prado museum. The apartment has spectacular views and great light. One word of caution for people with bad knees and those who don’t travel light, it’s on the top floor (6th) of an old building — lots of character and no elevator. We loved it overall!

This property is right next to Plaza Mayor and
is a great jumping off point to many of Madrid's must see locations, we walked to so many sites from the flat. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. As mentioned in previous reviews be very mindful that there is no elevator, so you need to carry your items up and down many flights of stairs.

Great apartment for a stay in downtown Madrid ?? Just two small downsides: the place is much smaller and the ceilings much lower than shown in the pictures. Have in mind that it is a 6th floor with no elevator, and very steep stairs which are a little inconvenient if you have a lot of baggage of bad knees! The rest of things were great: comfy beds, kitchen well equipped, clean, amazing view, and the location can't be better!!

Hemos estado super bien, la ubicación es genial, más céntrico no puede estar.Todo el apartamento muy cuidado y decorado con muchos detalles y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Madrid.El trato excelente tanto en la llegada como cuando dejamos el apartamento. No tuvimos ningún problema de hecho todo fueron facilidades.Un 10 de apartamento❤.( salvo por el ascensor, pero nosotros ya lo sabíamos cuando alquilamos que no había y la verdad que no nos ha supuesto ningún problema)Si volvemos a Madrid, que volveremos, ya sabemos donde alojarnos.Muy muy recomendable

Spotless ,airy , bright , well equipped apartment , check in was easy and location could not have been better next to Plaza Mayor. I would not recommend for people with mobility issues as the apartment is on the 6th floor with no lift , however we got used to this and was not an issue. This is the best apartment we have ever stayed in and have visited over a dozen European cities in the last ten years.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Madrid et étions très heureux de retrouver ce bel appartement où nous étions parfaitement bien installés. Seuls quelques petites choses manquaient : des torchons pour la vaisselle, un rouleau de papier absorbant et la possibilité de fermer les stores. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.
