Located in Mitchell Drive, this lovely house for R 3,905 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Ocean View - Sleeps 6 - Families - Couples - Beach - Surf - Wineries - Breweries - Log Fire - Pet Friendly fully enclosed yard - Playground across the street Kick off your thongs, brush off the sand and enjoy this cozy three bedroom house. The spacious front undercover verandah gives you the perfect spot to enjoy a cold beverage while watching the sun slip down behind the horizon. The yard is completely enclosed. The next morning wake up to ocean views and the sound of the waves. Check out the swell ... nip down and join the locals for a dawn surf. The Beach House is located in the beachside locality of Prevelly Park. Across from the house we have the lovely 'Rifle Butts' park with a children's playground, BBQ's and dog friendly areas. Just beyond that is the infamous "Surfer's Point" where you can watch world-class surfers take on the big west coast waves. This comfortable 'home away from home' contains many interesting pieces of artwork, most of them hand crafted by the owner. The Beach House is colourful, relaxing and refreshing. It is fully self-contained and beautifully appointed, while the yard is completely enclosed ensuring your children and/or pets are safe.The house is equipped with a wood fireplace and reverse-cycle air-conditioner making your stay all the more comfortable. Heaters also available in each bedroom. Prevelly is 10 minutes west of the main Margaret River township and is the perfect area for beach combing, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking, bird watching, bike riding, long walks, waves or a game of golf. Safe swimming beaches, dog beaches, cafe, restaurant and general store are all just minutes away. Lovely beach path walk to The White Elephant Cafe, a quick 2 minute walk up the top of the road to Seagardens Cafe and the Prevelly Caravan Park and Liquor Store. If that wasn't enough to tempt you into taking a sojourn here, maybe the fact that you can bring the family pooch too will. We stayed with our 2 border collies. Yard is fully fenced and the house is opposite a walkway to a park and the beach walk trail. There is a back covered area to get out of the wind. House is full equipped and has all the kitchen equipment you could need including a coffee pod machine.
If I was to be picky I would recommend updating to a more comfortable couch.
We will definitely look to stay here again.

It was the perfect place for our little family getaway down south. The dogs loved the big secure yard that and the verandah to sit on and watch the world go by.
House had everything we needed and is situated in such an amazing little community. I absolutely love Prevelly now having been.

What a beautiful spot to stay, lovely views of the sea and the house had everything we needed. Loved the wood fire it was very cosy and kept the house warm through the night.
Our greyhounds loved it, with being able to a few zoomies around the spacious before chilling on their beds. Definitely will be back if we can get booked in. Thank you.

Stayed for the weekend with hubby, teenagers and our beautiful border collies, what a location! We all thoroughly our relaxing stay and the facilities at the beach house are outstanding. I want to tell all my friends about it but worry this little gem will be harder to get a booking if I do! Lol - thank you Julia… 5 stars from us

A lovely spot near the beach and a short walking distance to the general store and seaside cafe and Ealing track. We enjoyed watching and hearing the waves from the verandah. It was cold and raining most days while we were there so the woodfire was great to have plus extra heaters in each room. It was also fantastic to be able to bring our dog who enjoyed playing in the front yard. The only thing that could be improved on is perhaps the shower as sometimes the water would run cold while you were in there! Also a good check to make sure previous occupants had cleaned up after their furry friend as we did pick up a bit as soon as we arrived. Overall a great stay and we would come again. Thank you for having us!

The whole stay was fabulous, so easy to book and host was very helpful. The fire was lovely as the weather took a cold turn whilst we were there. Close to beach and wineries. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect from the day we arrived . The Beach House is as it says . Everything we needed and more . Cosy and inviting , towels and lined provided . A short delightful stroll to an open space for dogs and then onto a beautiful dog beach . Julia is the perfect host and very responsive. We have secured The Beach House again for next year

Once again we enjoyed this peaceful, yet conveniently located property for our family holiday. Self contained, we could cook the family meal, pop up to the Sea Garden cafe or take a short trip to Margaret River restaurants. Walk to the beach with the dogs, or drop a kayak in the waters of Margaret River itself. Lovely home, lovely spot and lovely holiday.

Perfect beach getaway, so nice to be able to bring our dog. Close to the dog beach and a park - there aren't many places you can have your dog in the whole region, so it was awesome to be able to easily take him with us on holiday. The beach house is clean, well appointed, has a lovely view of the waves from the verandah. Nice and close to Sea Gardens too, which was lovely for music and food on Sunday eve.

Such a lovely and comfortable house to stay in, great location, wonderful sitting areas both inside and out, view of the ocean and secure fencing for the dog. Everything you need for the kitchen was available plus outdoor cooking facilities. I hope to come back!

Easily the best dog and kid friendly accommodation we have stayed at in WA. Amazing views, and a big fully-fenced and secure yard with plenty of grass for the kids and the dog. House is well fitted out with all the kitchen utensils you need, oil heaters available in all bedrooms for those cold south-western nights, and a good quality high chair and portacot. A playground and a dog beach within walking distance, as is Surfers Point for those great sunsets. Everyone had a great time and we will definitely be back!

From arrival till departure everything was great. The chocolate on arrival was a nice touch. We will definitely book this house again. Dog park close our fur babies loved the run with other friends. House was clean and bed was very comfortable .

This property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is one of the most peaceful places we have stayed. The proximity to the beach, cafe and general store is a bonus, but the garden, veranda and cosiness of the house make you feel like you are a million miles from the daily hustle. The property is spotlessly clean and well equipped.

House is well equipped with a huge fenced yard. Fabulous dog friendly property. Owner Mark was really friendly and kept the firewood stocked up for the week. We absolutely love this place, opposite fabulous playground for the kids and dog friendly park and beach. it was our second visit and we will be back again!

Perfect relaxing holiday
We loved our week there with our two Border Collies. Perfect location for lots of long walks, yummy food up the road at The Sea Garden if you don’t feel like going far & then relaxing with wine on the balcony to watch the sunset. We will definitely be back!

Fab family home and location
We had an amazing stay here in April 2022 with our dog and young family. The location is incredible! Quiet cul-de-sac with short track down to the dog beach, dog park and playground. Nice little walk to surfers point lookout too.
We loved the veranda with ocean sunset views, and the space inside and out for kids to explore safely. The house had everything we might need, comfy beds, lovely shower room and stone top kitchen. By far the best family beach house we have found at this price! We will be back and recommending this to our friends.

this was the most relaxing holiday at Prevelly. The house is perfect, so many relaxing sitting areas. All the appliances and utensils you need and of good quality. We didn't want to venture too far, just to be and enjoy the house an it's location, and we really appreciate being able to take our dogs with us.
