The beautiful clean house. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was perfect for comfortable living.

The apartment/farm-house is vey spacious and the cooling system was excellent. It had good facilities, in a quiet, private location among sunflower fields. It is only a few minutes drive into Todi. There is even a vegetable patch available for guests to use! Luca is a very friendly host.

Nothing really….probably the gravel road to the property was a bit rough. But that’s to be expected in a rural setting.

Beautiful place, spacious, clean, has everything we needed.

Air conditioning was okay, but we struggled to get it below 25°. However we didnt mind as it was so wonderfully hot outside, that indoors even 25° felt cool! The noise from the highway. Bad timing for our holiday as they were resurfacing the road during the daytime, so it spoilt the tranquility briefly, but on an evening you could ignore the lower traffic noise and during the day we were out and about anyway xx

The Todi Truffle was excellent. Very spacious and clean. It is quiet inside the property and the location is private. WIFI speed was good and there is safe, secure parking. Two bathrooms. This property is great value for money. Would highly recommend

Staying in this property was wonderful. The owner manages it taking care of all the smallest details for the guests. Inside, the cleanliness is perfect, there is plenty of space and well distributed, the furnishings are well-kept, the kitchen is equipped with everything that could be useful, the bathrooms are new and functional, the beds comfortable. The temperature inside in summer is kept at 25 degrees by a floor-mounted air conditioning system. Outside, there is an oasis of peace, bicycles are provided free of charge, there is table football and you are warmly invited to have the experience of picking the fruits of the garden (salad, tomatoes, zucchini, aubergines and peppers) and the fruits on the trees (apples, plums, ...). In short, it is so beautiful that it made us forget that we had come to Umbria to visit the artistic, natural and religious beauties of the region.
