It is also in the walking distance of South San Francisco downtown, groceries, and restaurants. The suite has refrigerator, high speed internet (50+ Mbps), microwave oven, washer/dryer, 65" TV, outside heater, and grill! Perfect for tourists and business guests. Please make sure you enter the exact number of guests. Anyone who enters the house is considered as a guest regardless of staying overnight. For the safety and security of the guests there are two security cameras outside the property facing gate B and C. Other things to note We have a professional cleaning service that details and sanitizes the entire suite before and after every guest. We guarantee that it will be immaculately cleaned before you arrive. Sometimes, a Roomba robot sweeps and mobs the house before our guests arrives. Our professional cleaners also wash all sheets, towels, pillow covers, and blanket covers (duvets) before and after each guest. Also, we pay living wage (Over 4 times of the minimum wage) to our cleaners who live locally. Please make sure you follow all the house rules (no party, no pet, no smoking or Vaping inside, no illegal file downloading, quiet hours, etc). In a rare case that a guest break each rule, a $250 in penalty will be charged. Also, please be clear about the total number of guests when booking this house. If you are trying to host a large group, there will be some additional charges but you must communicate to the host prior to check-in. - The house has no shoe policy. So you can expect a very clean house. - Please be very clear about the total number of guests when booking this home. Anybody that will be entering our home is considered a guest, regardless of if they stay overnight. - Check-out time is at 10 am. The cleaners are coming right after your check-out to prepare it for the next group of guests. Any additional hour of stay without notice will be charged $200/hr. Because the next guests will be unhappy if the house is not ready for their check-in. Also cleaners are scheduled in advance to come right after guest check out. For check-out delays we should either pay rescheduling fee or pay for the waiting time of the cleaners. - Residents of San Francisco Bay Area must message about their plan before booking. The guest agrees that by booking this unit, he/she will have no residential tenancy right regardless of stay length. This is a legally binding contract in the state of California. All guests who book for over 3 weeks must sign a rental agreement before check-in.

We had a nice stay at this property. It is a private suite with parking available. It’s really close to the airport and great if you are driving or renting a car in San Francisco. There were 3 adults on our stay and I would say that is the most amount of people I would comfortably have in this suite. The check in was detailed well and George was extremely fast to answer our questions and sent check in messages to make sure we had what we needed. The space was clean and we had access to an outdoor patio which had a grill (unfortunately we didn’t have time to use). The one downside to the space was there is only a small wardrobe to use to hang/unpack your close and with 3 adults we ended up just leaving everything in our bags. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home and we had a great visit to San Francisco

So clean and well equipped and a short ride from airport. The room was stocked with hotel basics + washer & dryer, detergent, chargers, pots & pans, spices, etc. It was an easy stay for 5 days! There is also a private patio with a lovely lemon tree and a grill. George checked on us and responded to any question or request promptly. We used Lyft to go into the city each day and it costs $20-30 to get in and $30-50 to get out. Public transit doesn't run to the location. We could have paid for a ride to the bus station and then gone from there, but it was a hassle and we would have had to coordinate the bus schedule for each thing. Also, do to COVID restrictions the bus and trolleys were not running as normal.

Great property
While our stay was for only a couple day we found this property to be perfect for our needs. Well stocked with amenities and very clean. It was nice to have a locked gate and the back patio was quaint and very private. Bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property for families
We stayed in this property as a family of four which includes a 3 year old toddler and a three-month-old newborn. We felt completely safe and comfortable in the space. The apartment is well furnished and every amenity that travelers might need has been carefully curated for you. For example we greatly appreciated the large, new washer and dryer and liquid laundry detergent in the unit. Traveling with kids we always have so much dirty laundry and it was so nice to have fresh clothes when we repacked our suitcase at the end of our stay. We also greatly appreciated that the cottage was spotlessly clean. We have stayed in another property owned by George and even that property was spotless. There is a lovely coffee station with tea selection & hot water which is a nice touch. George was very helpful in accommodating us - he was available by phone right away whenever we needed anything and checked in on us frequently throughout our stay. We felt like we had a well-connected friend in the city who could help us if we had any trouble. The property has a lovely lemon tree which added sunshine to an already lovely vacation in California. Nothing like making freshly squeezed lemonade with the kids. It is one of my favourite memories from our vacation!
The beds are very comfortable & Netflix was nice to use for kids programs. There is no stove but there is a small kitchen sink, utensils & pots and pans. There might have been a hot plate we could have used to cook something but we didnt check or need it for our purposes. We were only staying for one night anyway and we ordered pizza. The shower was nice. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and wifi had good connection which is essential for any traveler. Overall the unit is well-stocked, well maintained and we had a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend this property to anyone. The property is close to the airport on a quiet residential street. We ended up staying the next night at an inn as George's place was fully booked up and we had not reserved it ahead of time. Otherwise we would have loved to stay an extra night! The inn that we stayed at was closer to downtown activities however our car got broken into and we had things stolen. We especially appreciated George's home when that happened because when we were on his property our luggage was safe and we had no issues. Safety and cleanliness are priceless! Thank you George for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We had a lovely stay at this property. Everything was as promised, and George was very responsive. The location was great: a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Everything we needed was provided, right down to toothbrushes, mouthwash, hairdryer, etc. The bed was comfortable, and we had lots of privacy. We would definitely rent this property again. Beautiful, bright, and comfortable.
George was an amazing host and his property is simply lovely. The suite itself was bright with lots of sunlight, spacious and clean. Lots of personal touches that made us feel right at home (spare toothbrush and toothpaste, sunscreen, etc).
George was easy to get a hold of and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Check in was very simple and he made sure we could drop off our bags early so we didn't have to haul them around town with us.
We didn't rent a car and did public transportation/Uber most places. Next time we might get a car for simplicity sake. And certainly if we had wanted to go into San Francisco, but for our purposes (wedding in the area) the location was close enough to our destinations and public transportation easy (we did bus, Uber, and walking).
Bonus: there were wonderful hiking opportunities up Sign Hill and beyond right from the door! Area to hike had such great views we did 7-8 miles two days in a row!
Would definitely recommend George and his property!!!

Comfortable , clean, lot of space and full of small attentions. (Toothbrushes, paste, soap, candy bars...) and a nice patio with a lemon tree. Very close to Frisco’s attractions. George was very attentive to our needs and was answering very quickly.

It was better than a hotel in every way: more affordable, beautiful, quiet, personal, and with all the perks of a luxury hotel with coffee, tea, toiletries, umbrella. Beds and linens were great. Lovely private patio and grill surrounded by bushes with purple flowers and a lemon tree with ripe fruit! George thought of every detail to make the place comfortable and practical. So many mirrors, outlets and chargers for every device, an ironing board, safe, etc. George was quick and easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and stay. He even called the day we were coming to be sure the place was set up the way we wanted for beds. He checked in regularly to see if we needed anything, then efficiently provided us with our requests.
We chose this lovely home to stay in for a business trip and walked about a half hour each day to the conference center. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with adorable houses and pretty plants to admire. Grand Ave is not far and has many independent businesses and restaurants.
We would defined stay here again!

Great choice for a SF visit
George provides every amenity you can think of - and then some. A very convenient location if you have a car and don't want to pay $$$ to park overnight at a hotel in or near town. Parking was easy and convenient. No airport noise. BART isn't far (2.3 miles) and you could park there and travel on good public transit to get around. Would definitely choose this again when I visit SF.

What a cute pad convenient to downtown San Francisco! The unit comes with complimentary amenities so if you forgot your too brush or want coffee it's there. George was very accommodating and responded immediately to all our requests! Highly recommend staying here.

In area for work, much better than airport hotels
I travel to the area frequently and got tired of airport hotels. This was only 5 mins from my client so it was perfect. If I’d wanted to walk to places or do any other activities, I don’t think this location would be my choice. It’s so perfectly outfitted with every little thing you could need that I was happy to stay in each night after a long day.

Best place ever!!
George's place is AMAZING! The place was super clean and stylish. Loved the spaciousness of the place and the private patio. This place has lots of windows with beautiful sunlight coming in. George had paid attentions to many details, for example there were chargers (USB c, apple etc) at every spot in the room, so it was super convenient to not have to move. This suite is located in a safe area and there are many cute restaurants within walking distance. It is only 10-15 min drive from the city. George was a great host and very good at communicating. I will book this place again when I'm back in the city.
