You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless. • Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house. • You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking. • For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the front of the house facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the house. • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay.
