Immaculate with extra attention to detail. • Spacious open plan living for a relaxing holiday with ranch sliders opening out onto a great entertainment deck with a BBQ • Fully equipped kitchen and laundry • Master bedroom with triple wardrobe, double shower and ensuite bathroom • Double bedroom with double wardrobe • Comfortable double sleeper couch in the lounge • Separate full bathroom and toilet • Both bedrooms open out onto the sunny deck • Lovely well-kept gardens with plenty of space for kids to play • Outdoor toilet and shower with hot and cold water - perfect for after the beach • 10 min walk to the beach • 15 min walk to town • 5 min walk to Williamson Golf Course and the Community Centre with swimming pool • Fire place – cosy in the winter • Great friendly neighbours • Plenty of walks and activities • Off-street parking for four vehicles and even room for a trailer boat • Free wifi and Netflix Special conditions: Property rental is for a maximum of six people. Sheets, pillowcases and towels are supplied. No additional guests staying beyond those booked. No smoking inside. Ask us about your pets. Deposit of 25% required when booking. Balance due 2 weeks before occupancy off peak, and 4 weeks before occupancy during peak season. A bond may apply at our discretion. 2 pm check in, 10am check out. A fee for cleaning of $75.00 is required. Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$75.00 per stay)

Cute place, 2 really nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Central kitchen and living space. Really well located. Clean and tidy, everything you need for a week or weekend away.

Property was superb. Clean, warm and sunny. It was also very well equipped and laid out. A great choice for a stay in Whangamata. Sharon was very clear with communications which made check in and making the most of the property super easy.

Even though the weather was atrocious we enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It is well laid out, superbly clean, and had everything we needed. Sharon was great to deal with and was very caring about our welfare. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet spot within easy walking distance of the surf club.

This property was wonderful. The area is quiet and the Bach was comfortable. Exceeded expectations. An easy 1km from the beach and all amenities. The owner was responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great communication with the host!Able to check in earlier,so much appreciated!👍All in all enjoyed our stay.A bit difficult having a large breed dog with us(which I mentioned from the time of booking) and no gate or higher fences to make sure there are no incidents with the neighbours' dogs.The property is probably not quite suitable for pets.Other than that,it was a pleasant break.

This was a lovely clean modern home to stay in with everything you needed. Well planned layout. Lovely decking area and privacy from road and neighbours. Plenty of backyard for our dog to run around , the property was fully fenced but their was no gate across the driveway however this was not a problem for our dog.
Sharon was excellent to deal with and very obliging. Will definitely be staying here in the future.

Owner was lovely, house was perfect for relaxing getaway, nice and homely with Netflix and wifi. Chosen because it was dingo friendly, however, there’s no driveway gate but it didn’t worry our old girl, you’re down a ROW off the road anyway. About 15 min walk to either town or the beach or you can borrow the snazzy bikes.

Lovely house, just like being at home. Sharyn gave perfect instructions and kept in touch in case we needed anything. It's a great spot, away from the craziness in town but easy walk to the beach.

Nice, quiet location, very elegant, cozy house with everything we needed. Clean. Nicely equipped kitchen. Lovely deck. Nice interior. Friendly owner, very easy to communicate with. Three of us stayed for three nights and we didn't want to leave the place. Very happy with our stay and hopefully - we'll be back.

Arrived later in the afternoon, code and key box were easy to use. House was in a great central location to main shopping area.
