The cabin is within a few minutes walk to parks, restaurants and downtown Winter Park. The cabin has two bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms and comfortably can sleep eight people. A unique bunk room is a perfect place for children to enjoy the stay along with parents. The breathtaking views off the back deck create a peaceful relaxing stay, along with a large 8 person luxurious hot tub to enjoy more. A game room/sun room is also a perfect place to enjoy family time and a few games of ping pong. Board games, coloring books and supplies are also included for children and adults to enjoy. Please note that this is a authentic log cabin and floors and stairs are uneven. Town business license number 005112.

This is our second time staying at this location with our family of 5. It is a cozy cabin where we had the kids share a room and we all fit hanging out in the living room. They do an excellent job stocking with games/things to do (ie: ping pong, hot tub) but what we love the best is all being together and no one is able to run away on their electronics. WiFi is great for streaming/work. Perhaps the thing that caused us to come back this time was the location, it can’t be beat with the Lift bus stop just outside the front door! The hosts are responsible and we truly enjoy getting to stay in their little cabin!

My wife and I enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at this property. We had a lovely time during our stay and enjoying the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend anyone to consider this property for their own visits to the Winter Park area.

The cabin has a beautiful deck that is surrounded by aspen trees and a private hot tub. It is very quiet and private yet convenient to town. We would love to be there when the aspens are turning!

This is a lovely place, equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed quite mornings on the back deck, with a view of aspen and pine trees. The hot tub was a wonderful, relaxing finish to the day. It’s a quick ride into town for dinner but in the cabin you feel far away from town. We loved our stay there!

Our family of 4 (including a 4 yr old and a 7 month old) loved this cabin! My son hugged the house he was so excited upon arrival! It was impeccably clean, cozy but not crowded, very well maintained and better than the pictures. We would absolutely stay here again. We walked down the road about .7 miles and found a perfect neighborhood park for our kids. Close to town, which is picturesque and fun. Very happy we booked the Bear Claw Cabin!

We just love this place. It's close to town but still has a secluded feel. The patio overlooks Aspen trees, and although there's some condos next door, you can't really see them so it still feels secluded. The owners made some updates since we stayed last year, and you can tell they take care of the place. New kitchen cabinets and a new washer/dryer (single unit - I'd never seen a combo washer/dryer before). Hope to enjoy this place and the Winter Park area again!

Our family of six enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. The communication with the host was just right. We enjoyed meals when we stayed in and cooked, and everyone enjoyed down time in the cabin. If we return to Winter Park, we will definitely aim to stay here again!

Great little place- just what we needed. Booked a last minute ski trip to Winter Park. Place was perfect for us. Cute old-school log cabin with all the amenities. Robert was very responsive to any questions I had. The hot tub felt great after skiing hard.

Cute place, right size for girls trip. But, not cleaned. Some sheets not changed. dirty sock left from prior people on fireplace, tub not draining, light futures broken of no bulb, and fireplace wouldn’t work-dead batteries for thermostat? Needed MUCH better cleaning/stocking, but the place itself is comfortable and the hot tub worked great.

Beautiful and cozy cabin that had everything we needed! Really enjoyed nights in the hot tub and all the games. Owners were very kind and the check in/out process was super easy. Would definitely book this cabin again!

We loved this cabin! It was clean, we loved the little ping pong/dart board patio room, the hot tub was awesome, and the little patio out back has a great view of aspens and is tucked away just enough to feel private while still being close to town. We would definitely stay again! As other reviewers mentioned, the stairs are slippery. Just hold onto the rail on the way down and you’ll be fine!

This cabin was the wonderful getaway! We had a group of family stay here over thanksgiving and it was such a cozy stay! The hot tub was wonderful and so was the space. Definitely plan to come back.

This cabin has everything for you to have a great time. The hot tub was amazing and the ping pong table was so much fun. Close to town but still private and secluded. Saw plenty of squirrels and birds and even a red fox! Definitely looking forward to come back.
