- Its an 11 out of 10 on location. Just perfect, in the heart of Sevilla, walking distance to Cathedral and most popular tourist sites - Decent space in a T1 apartment. Well equipped. 2 fully functional, neat and clean bathrooms.

- Check in instructions come very late and create unnecessary anxiety and difficulties on the day of the check in

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut im Zentrum gelegen und man erreicht alles zu Fuß. Die Unterkunft an sich war auch sehr modern und gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und -brett, Wäscheständer etc. Trotzdessen, dass die Wohnung in der Fußgängerzone war, gab es abends keinen Lärm.

Am Tag unserer Ankunft wurde aufgrund eines neuen Reinigungsteams eine halbe Stunde nach Check in immer noch nicht mit dem putzen angefangen. Außerdem gibt es keine Heizung und es kommt kein Tageslicht in die Wohnung, da es nur Fenster zum Innenhof gibt. Für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung schon sehr eng, vor allem wenn man das Schlafsofa aufklappt, hat man im Eingangsbereich kaum mehr Platz und die Tür zu öffnen wird auch schwer. Auf dem Sofa haben sonst auch nur 2 Personen Platz, daher würde ich diese Art von Apartment nur für 2 bis maximal 3 Personen empfehlen.

Die Appartements haben eine hervorragende Lage mitten im Zentrum. Die wichtigsten Denkmäler sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Man bekommt nichts vom Straßentrubel mit. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und ein Aldi (für den Fall der Selbstversorgung) sowie die Einkaufsstraßen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Terrasse/Der Balkon ist nur für Raucher wirklich geeignet. Durch die umliegenden Wände bekommt man hier nichts vom wundervollen Stadt-Flair mit. Ebenfalls war die Balkontür sowie der Safe leicht defekt, was trotz Anmerkung nicht behoben wurde. Für uns ein halb so großes Drama, doch damit wäre der Service vollkommen gewesen.

En el dormitorio había una esquina con humedad y moho que deberían arreglar. Poco luminoso y ventilado( era un bajo dentro de un patio)

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and the bed was the comfiest one i have ever slept on. 😍 They have finished the apartment off to a very high standard and it shows. Location was perfect for what we needed it for.

Trying to find the apartment was tough, especially when it's a contactless entry (you are given lock codes). Unfortunately, they have multiple locations named the same thing, within the same general area, which makes it difficult to find the correct one. We were sent the location on Google maps by the property, which took us to the wrong location (wasn't even a Nine Suites building), so we spent a little time wandering around aimlessly trying to find it. They do, however, have an office where someone can help. We were on our way there when we saw another Nine Suites and tried that one, finally finding the correct location. Even giving the location of a nearby shop would help a little.

Esta es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en estos apartamentos, están en medio del centro cerca de casi todo, están muy limpios y son cómodos, tecomendados

Esta vez nos dieron un apartamento para minusválidos y los lavabos eran diminutos, no podía poner ni la bolsa de aseo, por lo demás todo excelente

Comodidad y ubicación, a un paso de todo. La cama muy confortable y el baño pequeño pero con todo lo necesario. Cocina equipada. Netflix para los niñ@s, muy completo!

layout is poor, no privacy from rest of flat for master bedroom, no soundproofing. property charges a £300 holding deposit. there was construction in the building right opposite our bedroom which woke us up at 7:30am

Spacious and well located. The communication with the property was great and they even recommended places to visit, rsvp flamenco shows and others needs (luggage storage, taxi, bikes, etc...). Felt well taken care of.

The bathroom sinks did not match the size of the rooms and place. Both sinks were too small, just enough to wash your hands. Suggest to replace the sinks to full size with counter space.

Keyless entry making check in easy, used an additional dock lock as I am not sure how often the code is changed. Great kitchen with washing machine! Fantastic terrace!

Very loud intermittently, constant noise from above apartments. One night there was singing and yelling from 2-5am. Only improvement that owners have control over would be upgrading the tv to a smart tv (being very picky)

It was in a great location. The rooms were comfortable and having a washer was very nice.

We probably needed an extra room for our 3 year old. The fact that the double bedroom didn't have a door to it was a bit inconvenient and the bathroom had no lock on the door.

Location very close to city center and all important monuments and parks in Sewilla, comfotable apartment, good air conditioner, very useful kitchen and fridge so you can cook and eat cheaper, we had 2 bathorooms which was amazing, very modern and clean apartment
