The check in time was changed at last minute by proprietor, although when first booked they agreed an earlier check in time. No apologies or excuse made. The bathroom is shared, with other guests and the proprietors. Bathroom was old and dirty. Were were provided with 4 small towels to use, No bath towel!! The bedroom was cold! Radiator was off and the heater on the wall only gave cold air. It is March!! We were given one Flat pillow and bed uncomfortable. You could not park your car anywhere near the property. We had to park 5 minutes away and walk which was difficult at night as street lighting was bad. On arrival, locating the property was difficult as it was very hidden away. No instructions were given. We had to phone when we couldn’t find it. Breakfast was basic and the coffee was bad . I was woken up by proprietors talking loudly at 5:30am, who were leaving for work. No consideration was made for guests. Would not return again.
