Exceptional

Close to shopping, great mountain view. Large grassy area, good for family wiffle ball, frisbee etc. Many gas grills and charcoal grills throughout the grounds ( charcoal grills subject to burn bans). Friendly staff, let us check in early.

Alpine Lodge does everything well. This was not my first stay here, and it won’t be mmy last.

The only thing I did not like was the King room I had (18j did not have a comfortable seat. There was the bed and 2 small, wooden dinette chairs that were not designed for comfort. I did not want to lounge on the bed, and that was my only option. Everything else was perfect.

Had a very warming, welcome, very friendly staff.

the hot tub was hot and very nice and lobby was very clean.

My son and I loved staying here for our ski trip!

The staff is amazing. Slopes are a walk away.. much like everything else. The room was clean and exactly what was needed for our ski trip!

I didn’t and don’t have one complaint.

I had a relaxing trip and enjoyed my room. it was definitely worth staying at the Alpine Lodge again.

I loved the quiet peaceful atmosphere. it was in walking distance of everything in town. The room was clean and contained everything I needed except a hair dryer, which was supplied at the office.

Being from Texas where weather does not fluctuate much during the year, I was not familiar with “off season” so the office staff was not available much of the time. I was, however, given a phone number to call if I needed any assistance. I was disappointed that so many businesses in town were closed, but once again, that is because I was not familiar with “off season” changes.

We enjoyed our stay in Red River.

Good location. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was smaller than what we would have liked for the price. Heater was noisy and woke us during the night every time it came on and went off.

Not as expected

The owner was not a very nice man, has a temper. He was not good with people, he should not be allowed to talk to the customers. The office ladies' were very nice. There was not sufficient parking as advertised on the web site (for a pickup and trailer.

No microwave ? Only thing we didn't like about the whole stay. Couldn't warm up our leftovers 😏

Very good

This was our second stay at the Alpine. We love the great location in Red River. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

If I could change anything, it would be a little larger bathrooms.

Absolutely a wonderful place to make memories.

Beds where confy but didn’t included breakfast. For the price It should have. Very good location in the center of everything..

No AC.. when I call in about this they laughed at me and said it’s the mountains we don’t need it.. But out 2nd night after fishing all day getting to the hotel at night it got super hot in the suite I couldn’t sleep.

Good place to experience the mountains.

we didn't know there was breakfast. We were not told about it.

Not the property's fault. We are older and the altitude made any activity difficult. Otherwise, perfect.

we only spent 1 night in Red River. if we had decided to stay another I would have switched rooms or hotels. the weat

the bed was very comfortable and the price was great

getting in the bathroom and shutting the door was a bit of a trick, it was so very tiny. the shower was low and hot water wasn’t very long to run cold! hardly a place to put makeup on. the mirror was above the pedestal sink with a tiny shelf. it also said the room had a view of the mountains and ski slopes, which was the main reason I rented the room. hoping to see wildlife there!
