Was a wonderful staycation

Everything, from the guest adjourned from the arrivals towards the entering the room. Service and was detailed to every single need.

One of the best hotel in the area

Good location, not too far from the airport and close to shops and restaurants. Love the exterior design especially at night Staffs are friendly and helpful

Room is a little bit dusty especially behind the bed side table. Compared to other 5 star properties, the service and amenities are subpar Room service needs improvement- Tried 2 fried rice dishes from their menu. One is bland and the other one is overpriced.

Perfect Hotel to Stay

Everything was perfect . Our Room was big and comfortable. Food was delicious with many variations. We also love the gym. Swiming pool small but nice. Manager, Staff was very nice and helpful.. Thank You Vikri, Fitri and all staff.. We were really enjoy our stay here.

Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit wird groß geschrieben.

Raumaufteilung gelungen. Badezimmer mit Badewanne zu empfehlen. Suite waren alle Getränke und Snacks frei. Klimaanlage sehr gut. Es war alles sehr sauber. Große Buffet reichlich vorhanden.

Kaffeemaschine müsste ab und an mal bei längerer nicht Nutzung gereinigt werden, haben es ein paar mal durch gespült.

It is only beautiful if they care about preparing meals for Arabs and Middle Easterners that are acceptable to East Asia

Delightful experience, exceptional service led by Mr. Kumar

During our stay from August 24th to August 26th, 2023, my wife and I were treated to an exceptional experience. Mr. Vivek Kumar and his team's attentive to service and thoughtful gestures truly appreciate it. A personalized welcome note and gift greeted us upon arrival, made us feel at home and appreciated as guests. My sincere thanks to the entire team at JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong for making our stay truly special. We eagerly look forward to our next visit to create more wonderful memories.

There was a minor inconvenience from a bad smell in the shower area. However, it's worth noting that the JHL Solitaire team promptly addressed the issue.

Normal in a big city like Jakarta but it was quite loud during the nights from the traffic!

Excellent service, facilities and location

The staffs really helpful and responsive. Robot presence and face painting during breakfast was really helpful to keep kids entertain. The food variety during breakfast also excellent. They also asking and listening to the customer input and make it better in the next day. The amenities also excellent. Aside from regular drinks, They give free snacks and soft drinks in room fridge, the premier room one even already have bath tub that provided with salt bath and bath bomb, in which I just found the availability of it here. As quite a new hotel, even the toilet was upgraded with automatic heated toilet just like in Japan. Really

During the first night, the sound from live music can really be heard from 9th floor, thou on the second night it less noisy than first night. Also, some people were smoking in seating area near kids pools. It's kinda disappointed since there's no sign of no smoking near kids pool and not all parents wants to exposed their swimming kids near smoking people. Hopefully, next time at least the seating near kids swimming pool can be smoke-free. Also clearer information regarding the kids spa about how to book and how long they can used.

Comfortable room, very friendly staff my favorite was the big bathtub. Definitely recommend

The vanity was a little small and drawer in a bathroom a bit dusty. and we only get one robe

Celebrate my birthday @jhl solitaire. Love it, great location and kids friendly, they great kids spa. The staff are all friendly, great breakfast with delicious choice of western and local food, what i like they serve authentic jamu gendong. Thanks to karina and fadil who decorate our room with such a sweet birthday greetings :). Dinner at Mangan also nice.

Very comfortable stay.

The staff politeness and the rooms given to us were exceptional. Moreover, the spa is a must try.

The Breakfast spread should include more vegetarian food items however, we approached the chef every morning and he prepared veg sandwiches for us. Also, more egg-free options should be added in the menu.
