Just 2 1/2 hours north of Sydney this apartment is fully equipped with all the modern accessories to make your holiday perfect. It has all the luxuries including reverse air conditioning, Foxtel, dishwasher, a BBQ area and in ground swimming pool. The apartment features a stainless steel and granite kitchen,internal laundry,three large bedrooms,two bathrooms and three large sunny balconies.This property is offered fully self contained and is not serviced. You are required to bring your own linen and toiletries including sheets, towels, pillow cases, bath mats, washers and tea towels. A LIMITED amount of toilet paper and dish washing liquid or powder and cloths may be supplied and therefore we recommend you bring your own with you to avoid running out. Includes two wide screen TV's with Platinum Foxtel in the main lounge/living area. LOCATION Port Stephens the perfect destination, just over 2 1/2 hours drive from Sydney, offers something for everyone. It is the perfect escape route, for city-dwellers, those seeking relaxation, anyone after outdoor family activities or for those in the pursuit of fun. A Blue water paradise of over 26 golden sandy beaches, eco-diverse Marine and National Parks. With a resident population of bottlenose dolphins, whales in season, spectacular bushwalking and wild flowers and endless water activities such as 1st class snorkelling and diving in marine parks, fishing for marlin or anyone of the numerous inshore species of fish. Play a round of golf on a world renown golf course or simply check out some of the areas fantastic restaurants and speciality shops, boutiques and gift shops. Great unit in a great spot would stay again

What a great location. Easy walk to the Marina and shops. Kids loved the pathway through to swimming in the Bay. Great restaurants and lovely walks. The unit was so spacious with plenty of room for us all. Well equiped kitchen with everything you could want or need. Would definitely recommend this accommodation for any one travelling as a family.

Great apartment for multiple families. Very clean. Steve was a pleasure to deal with. Balconies for every room. Close to most things in Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay. The only downside was having one set of keys as you need keys for the building front door, pool etc which is hard to manage when people are doing different things. We were also surprised by the traffic on Magnus St. Cars and trucks speed along the road.

We had a great stay at Seashells. Very good position with easy walk down to the Town Centre and convenient parking. We came for the Port Stephen's Run and the easy walk to the start was great.
Easy communication between property manager- and loved that the air con was already on for us when we arrived on a 30 degree + day. Kids loved the swimming pool on site. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

We were so impressed with the Appartment. Great location, easy walk down to the marina. Travelling with an 87 year mother is not always easy but this appartment was well set out with plenty of room. It was comfortable and homely. The extras detail of what is needed when your on holiday, made for a very enjoyable break.
The host Steve was very quick to response to enquiries and I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The cleanliness of the unit should be applauded. The units location is a short walk to the water and shops. It is perfect for a family and is well equiped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay.

Great spot perfect for an extended holiday. Can’t complain about a thing ! Couple minutes walk into town so nothing was a hassle! Nelson Bay is so beautiful will be back there to stay in the future for sure. 🙏🤞

We had a great weekend stay at this property. Location is great (short walk to the centre of Nelson Bay, and shorter walk to the beach) and it is a well maintained property. We had a small issue with a bit of untidiness when we arrived but the host Steve was immediately all over it, got cleaners in and it fixed. Would recommend staying here. Cheers

This property was well situated just a short walk to shops snd restaurants. Unfortunately the outside areas were filthy! This was very unfortunate as it meant unless we cleaned them ourselves they could not be utilised. I did ring the agent and they were not very responsive just saying we should have told them earlier (not sure how much earlier they would have wanted mind u when we did arrive on a Friday evening and let them know Sat morning).

Well located, just a short stroll to marina, cafes and shops.
The apartment was well equipped, the rooms were great sizes and the building is very secure.
Steve is really easy going, friendly and obliging.
Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay in Nelson bay and the apartment is very conveniently located, is clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen . The fridge is a bit temperamental and the pool is a bit small with no where to really relax near to it but these were minor points and didn't prevent us from having a great time. Thoroughly recommend for a family stay

Great location
The property was perfectly located for our family. It’s only a short walk to a very good beach for the younger children. The swimming pool also came in very handy. The house was very clean and it had 3 lovely balconies that gave us extra space. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves . Highly recommended
