We had a wonderful stay in Historic Kingston down by the riverfront. The property was perfect for our needs. A quiet side street offered close proximity to everything we needed. The unit was clean and well appointed. A whole house. Beautiful.

Beautifully restored building. Very clean. Lots of room to relax. Nice touches too. Bath and cooking supplies, and the fridge was filled with bottled water, which was nice, as it was about 90 degrees during our visit. Beds- SO comfortable. All towels and linens were very nice. Even though it’s street parking, we never had an issue. A short walk to many shops and restaurants. We really had an excellent time. Would stay here again.

Had a wonderful time at this property. The price is a bargain for what you get. The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were extremely comfortable! The open dining/kitchen area had a large table that made a great gathering place. The covered back patio had two lounge chairs and a dining table. Bedrooms were great, bathrooms were great. The brick walls gave it a cozy, loft-like historical feeling but with all the modern amenities and comforts. The stairs were very steep but they had a modern glass enclosure, and a railing that made it feel safe. Just a 5 minute walk to town with lots of great restaurants and the river walk. Was very quiet. Highly recommend this property!

This property was one of the most well-stocked rentals we have ever stayed in: more than enough towels and toiletries and laundry supplies for the 3 of us. It was clean and comfortable. There was a minor glitch with the hot water supply, but GR dealt with it as soon as he learned of it.
My one caveat for future renters is that the place is not suitable for anyone with a toddler: stairs are steep and not particularly kid-friendly. For that matter, at 70+, they were a bit steep for us, as well. But the stay was worth it.

Loved this place, well situated. Great size, lots of charm. Room to spread out. If in the area again, will return to same house

Very comfortable with everything we needed for our week in Kingston. Great restaurants nearby for easy takeout during COVID restrictions. We’d love to return for a week during the spring or fall.

Not as expansive as it looks in the photos, but no complaints. Loved the detail that went into transforming what was probably a factory/business into a residential home. Quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the waterfront, restaurants and some shopping. 10 minutes from a Walmart. Rustic, simple, modern and quaint, which is exactly what I was looking for. Spacious master bedroom, amazingly comfortable bed. Great kitchen/dining area, perfect for cooking. Limited seating in an underutilized backyard, which was a shame, as it was so pretty. The stairs to the second floor were quite steep so if anyone in your party has mobility issues it may present a problem. All the bedrooms are upstairs. Owner was helpful and communication was effortless and quick. I loved the weekend and would happily return. I highly recommend this property.

This house looks even better in person! Located right near the water, we were able to enjoy all the restaurants and stores nearby and take a short drive to other attractions. The house very clean and smelled amazing. The beds were also extremely comfortable. Perfect fall getaway!

House was clean and appeared to be recently renovated. We were three women in our 70s and found the stairs very steep and difficult. There is a full size washer and dryer in the downstairs bath that are stacked with a drawer underneath the washer. This puts the controls for the dryer nearly at ceiling height. We had to stand on the toilet seat in order to turn it on!

Clean and well furnished. Property manager easy to contact and responds quickly. Enjoyed our stay there!

Listing amenities: Parking. Parked in the empty space right next to the house, was rudely woken up in the morning by a very nasty man banging on the livingroom window with a stick. Insisting i move my car...that it was his property..."people do it all the time". He said he had talked to the owner numerous times. How about listing ON STREET PARKING. It would have avoided a very unsettling experience. Survellence cameras discovered. (I understand the need for security) This should also be disclosed in the property listing. I do not like to be spied upon. If it's not disclosed it makes me very uncomfortable. Front door key pad did not work, had to finally open the locked box that had a key. Arrived in evening, house was 84 degrees. No air conditioners had been turned on for our arrival. Very disappointed.
