This delightful cottage has a wonderful beach style house design. A spacious great room runs from the front to the back of the cottage and the elevation lets you enjoy the ocean breezes. This cottage has a deck with a gas grill and a large screened porch for swings and outdoor dining. It is within walking distance to all amenities and has fairway and wooded views. The cottage has four TVs, hardwood floors, and wireless internet. The bedding includes one king, one queen, and two twins. A Seabrook Island Amenity Card is available with this property for the daily fee. The maximum fee for Club access is $185 per week or $30 per day; fees are lower during the off-season (Nov-Feb). This fee is for everyone in the party, not per individual. The Amenity Card gives you access to the Beach Club (with two outdoor pools and a beach area), the restaurants, golf, tennis, the equestrian center, and the Lake House (with one outdoor pool, a fitness center, indoor pool). Some of these amenities do have their own fees associated with them as well such as the restaurants, golf, tennis, the fitness center, and the indoor pool. When you book a reservation with us, we send you the information on how to obtain the card, as it is purchased directly through Seabrook Island. This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, a fully- equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents. There's parking for two vehicles. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The beds were VERY comfortable and the kitchen well supplied w dishes and cooking ware,utensils, etc. Nice having a Keurig coffeemaker,and toaster oven available.

Seabrook is a great location for a trip to Charleston and this condo is perfect for that long weekend visit. Favorite part is the screened porch on the back.

This cottage was perfect for our family at this time. The bed and bedroom arrangement fit us perfectly. Location close the to ocean but not to far from the pools and exercise equipment. We had bikes to get around and the location was great for that. I would stay at this cottage again if we required the same bedroom arrangement. Also the couch does fold out but we didn’t need it. Screened in Back porch was used in the morning and at night.

Loved this home! It was nicely updated, had everything we needed, gave ample space for our large family, and easy walk to Pelican Beach. Great outdoor space as well which we would definitely use when we come back in the spring. VERY comfortable beds which is always super important to us as well. We thoroughly enjoyed this location and home and will be back again!

This cottage was very clean and well kept. We were looking forward to the hammock on the back porch in the pictures but it wasn’t there but they had all new furniture and was great. The beds we’re comfortable and the living room was as well. We had a great time staying here. It was really quite and peaceful. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

The property was as advertised and worked well for our group. Being centrally located on Seabrook and having access to their amenities was important. The Vacasa customer service text number was very helpful as we had a maintenance issue and a check out question which were quickly addressed.

Property was very clean (service does a great job.) Back porch was our favorite spot, beautiful! The cottage does need furniture update, very worn. Bedding for queen (sheets were pilled and rough) and single bed room also needs replacement. Lighting in single bed room was only by lamp and that worked 1/2 time. Bug problem…ants…roaches… is this property sprayed regularly? Plan on bringing beach chairs & umbrella. We rented bikes. Overall, we still had a great time. Seabrook is a wonderful family spot for a low key and relaxing vacation.

I stayed here last week, and it was the best vacation myself and my family members have ever had. It was so easy getting into the home which smelled wonderful and was super clean. The kitchen was fabulous and FULL of utensils and other kitchen necessities. We wanted to move here. It's super close to the beach and everything else on the island that you would need. Fabulous, fabulous, FABULOUS! We will try to stay here again for sure!

This was a really great place to stay. It was very clean and included everything we needed for our weekend retreat. The unit is older and has a lot of charm. There have been nice updates done in the kitchen. The screened in porch made for a really nice place to relax and to have meals. The unit is about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach.
