Не буду рассматривать для проживания при следующей поездке. Scammers

Внешний вид и удобства в комнате с кроватью. Типо отельная система заселения с карточным ключом. По просьбе распечатали нам посадочные.

Усталая, требующая ремонта сантехника в ванной, течет бачок. Мы оплачивали ночь, но по факту нам нужно было в аэропорт после полуночи. В результате "нас попросили" выехать в 22:30, т.к. сначала они узнали, что у нас самолет и мы все равно уедем, потом настоятельно стучали в номер, но мы вообще-то отсыпались после предыдущего перелета. Оказалось, что они уже продали номер кому-то еще (напомню, мы оплатили полную ночь!). В общем, мы выехали в 23:15. На стойке регистрации никого нет. Нас никто не предупреждал, что карта-ключ для заселения будет лежать на стойке регистрации со стикером и подписью моего имени. Нужно было постоянно искать и звонить по каким-то контактам, чтобы найти физического человека, кто примет оплату и ответит на вопросы. Завтрак был включен, но его не удалось попробовать.

Отличный отель

Отличный отель за свои деньги. Прекрасный персонал, очень отзывчивые и гостеприимные. Красиво, удобно.

Очень плохая звукоизоляция, слышно вообще все, что делают соседи)

В целом, неплохой отель)

Чистый отель, приветливый персонал. Неплохой завтрак, но рацион особо не меняется.

Шум с улицы, окна его не полностью гасят. Интернет иногда плохо работает.

Excellent Hospitality & Great Boutique Hotel

Excellent Boutique Hotel . The Service is Great, Genuine Hospitality from the Owner Mrs.Anna. The Room was Clean and the food tasty, u have to try the restaurant outside . Location is not on the main center but taxi is cheap ( 2 Dollars )

Very very good traditional breakfast ! Really nice personal with a big smile. Good food in the hotel. Nice rooms very clean and new . Bardzo dobre lokalne śniadanie. Personel bardzo miły uśmiechnięty. Dobre jedzenie w hotelu, czyste nowe pokoje.

For us it was a good location but it’s about 3 km to the center, but it’s a nice walk with nice views and close to some museums.

Удачное расположение, недалеко от аэропорта и от центра Еревана. В Армении недорогое такси и работает Яндекс Go, поэтому без проблем вызывали такси и ездили везде. Комната аккуратная, просторная. Сами съездили в ХорВирап.

Дороговато. На другие даты были скидки.

Our honeymoon stay

Nice location (it was not far from the centre but the place was not loud at all), super friendly staff, tasty breakfast and amazing homemade pomegranate wine! There are several local bakeries and supermarkets close to the hotel. Everything was comfortable, thank you for our honeymoon stay😊

Pleasant

The breakfast was not like in the pictures, we tried once and that was enough. The bathroom was old and not up to standard. Both our rooms did not have toilet paper and we had to go to the shop to buy since there were not anyone at the reception.

A heartwarming stay with some of the friendliest staff

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is owned by a family. They have been very kind to me. They are always ready to help and are very patient. The food in the cafe is also prepared with love and of high quality, for a cheap price. They also organise tours. The father will take you for a whole day to see some of the highlights of Armenia. If you want to stop somewhere, see some other place or have any other request, he will take you there with love. When you arrive at a place, he will tell you some interesting facts about it and you can walk around as long as you like. It has been absolutely astonishing! I saw a lot in three tours. I totally agree when I cite the father, that they look to people not as clients, but as guests and that they want everything to be as comfortable as possible. In general I highly recommend this place. When I will return to Armenia, I will choose this hotel again. I felt here at home!

Sometimes there is no one at the reception, but there is an option to call the owner, so most of the time they are available. Other than that everything was perfect for me!

Pleasant stuff and caring staff, good location if you need a sleepover.

There is a nice cafe next to the hotel. Super tasty and cheap. They offered us a transfer for both ways. It was very convenient.

There is a construction building, so noisy from time to time.

It is near to republic & by that you can buy to flea market for souvenir.

I like the people specially the owner Ms Anna she is accomodating. The room is cozy & neat as well.

The tissue paper is easily to melt & not like the usually toilet paper what we are used.

Room was very neat and good for a couple. Bus station is just walking distance to the hotel. It is worth for the money

New small hotel with bad staff, breakfast and location

New small hotel near central bus station, but not in the centre

Very bad staff, breakfast is prepared not from hotel, for everything you must ask at the reception at least 3 times - for the breakfast which is start at 9.00 AM!!!! and they and you do not know what include in the breakfast, rooms do not clean every day, TV not work, etc. The location is not good and most of the taxi drivers can not find the hotel. Must avoid!!!

bad .

it’s new and that’s it.

the rooms are very small. beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. I booked and paid for breakfast in advance. we were following the excursion program and we asked on reception in the evening: what time is the breakfast. They told us 09. we woke up and went out- no one, even on reception. Met cleaner and she called to someone, then at 10 came ladies and on my sentence that is actually we were waiting you at 09, they replied like: so ?! And after 5 min told like, it was a traffic. this is service ??? and we are waiting now for the food, which is actually not much choice on the menu. it’s cost extra 15 eur ??? that’s horrible service at least and no respect to the clients.

Not quite as expected

The room was okay, clean and I appreciated the kettle there.

Both the room and the bathroom were really small and located right above the restaurant. It was noisy all the time, till late night and since early morning. The location wasn't as central as I'd expected and the wifi was super bad.

Very good

New property, nice and stylish. Helpful staff. Tasty home-made breakfast. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

No cleaning during the whole period of stay.
