the location was good, convenient to all amenities in the town & beach.
it was lacking in finishing touches; hand wash in the bathroom & kitchen
fresh toilet paper in each toilet room, bedside table & lamp in second bedroom.

Excellent. close to everything so no need for a car just walk everywhere. Lockup garage is a bonus.
Some minor maintenance issues, garage door and railing inside. Could do with a freshen up, but considering what we've been through with covid it's understandable.
