Excellent value for money. Very clean!! Owners were very friendly and the morning coffee was good. Texas was in a freeze when we stayed and we lived that someone had put warm water and food out for the birds. The cleanliness was top notch.
Bed was a bit hard for what I like but it was super clean and the bed cover was clean and bright.

Goede prijs voor een leuk motel in de buurt van Stockyards voor een prima prijs

Location is rough but close to the Stockyards, shops and restaurants.
If you get checked into room 204, perhaps go elsewhere. I don't know about the other rooms but this had a very strong and very unpleasant smell, possibly from the drains, smelling like strong chemicals to the point that we considered rather sleeping in the car (other hotels in the area were booked out). Would not stay again.

The beds was so hard I didnt sleep at all

The location is right off the highway and in close driving distance to the Cowtown Stockyards where I was headed.
The exterior of the property was rundown and needed improvement. Also the pool area was sealed shut.

The site said a breakfast would be provided. Unfortunately, they only offered coffee. The rooms are very plain. The bed was not very comfortable. It is an old spring mattress.

Overall it’s clean, not super clean but fine. Microwave and fridge are available in room. The keeper is kind.
The fridge can be stabled, so it won’t move every time I try to open it.

There was a bed that was decent but not great
No one spoke or really understood English, the room half items were not working, pool is not useable it has plants planted in it. Would not trust area if my wife had to go on a trip alone to be at this hotel, would not bring kids or grandkids to this hotel

Were able to check in early thankfully, and the walk in to Fort Worth was a doable 30 mins with a great saving from Stockyard accomodation prices. The Motel kindly held our bags after checking out while we attended the PBR. Very happy with this place.
Air conditioner was noisey so bring ear plugs for a better sleep.

Loxation is good for Stockyards and the beds were comfortable.
air conditioning unit although effective was very noisy and even if we turned ours off you could hear AC units from nearby rooms. The road was also noisy. No breakfast available or coffee in the rooms.

Nothing
Everything there were roaches everywhere and the walls and doors were dirty. It cost 70 dollars what a rip off!

Location to stockyards wasn't bad as we had to taxi back and forth
Room was clean
Very deceiving from the pictures, low class motel. Didn't see the conference rooms or swimming pool and weren't given any info at all
4.0
That we received a room on the top floor like we requested.
We were down on the end where people were up and partying. The room the curtains closed still let tons of light in and made it hard to sleep because the room wasn’t dark. Then the Mattress was hard and made a horrible loud noise when you would turn.

The value. The cleanliness.
The location. The loud music late at night.

Room is big and clean, wifi is great
Bed is comfortable but makes a lot of noise with each move.

clean and comfortable
A box of facial tissues in the room would be nice. The metal beds sound like oil drums when you sit down or hit them with your foot.

The room was decently clean. The property was also in a good location for our needs.
This location no longer provides breakfast. The heat/air conditioning worked half the time. It was difficult to ask for towel as the cleaning staff did not speak English.
