Loved our stay!

Love the homely, cosy feel the house has and the attention to detail with the local attraction information and even menus for local restaurants as well great location, close to beach and Main Street.

Relaxing stay in Rye.

The house is well set up for a family beach holiday. There are lots of places for kids and grownups to spread out.

An excellent house to spend time with family and grandchildren

It was a great place to relax with family and play with the grandchildren. The trampoline was a hit plus the pool. Spacious room areas where you could read a book or relax with music. The large television screen was a hit watching the mighty magpies beat the cats on Friday night.

We had such a wonderful time and loved the house, a perfect place for ten friends to relax!

It ticked a lot of boxes, lots of beautiful places to sit around and relax, beautiful pool, the styling was absolutely stunning and a coffee shop was just around the corner!

Stunning house, shame about the cleaning requirements after your stay.

loved the house itself, decorations were well thought out, very open and airy, pool was lovely and the biggest plus for us was that it was pet friendly. Beautiful house to stay at, stunning views. Multiple living area so perfect when you stay with a big family, very clean outside with no evidence of animals was refreshing. Kitchen was lovely with lots of utensils. X 2 massive TVs and good split systems in living rooms.

Having such an extensive list for cleaning after a stay dampens the charm of a holiday. Same with making our own beds on holiday, you would hope after paying almost $2,000 for 2 nights that you wouldn’t have to do anything and could just enjoy it and relax. Running out of hot water at lunch time and not hearing back from the host until the next day was disappointing. The camera situated on the veranda was a bit too close to one of the bedrooms for our liking. Bath taps also broken on the bath, as well as shower heads not operating properly in both showers.

Beds were uncomfortable. House was old and felt unclean, certain things needed fixing. No towels or bedsheets provided felt a bit silly considering the money we paid.

Very spacious, modern, clean and absolutely stunning!

Plenty of room for our group. Perfect to either chill by the pool, on the lawn or up on the deck. The house was modern and clean, we would definitely book again.

Disappointing- we were really looking forward to our stay here but did not live up to the expectatio

The location was central

Hot water stopped working day we arrived- tried to contact agent to assist who wasn’t very helpful- 8 people no hot water for more than 24hrs No that was from our dinner very unpleasant- terrible mould smell on bottom level- could not open kitchen cupboard due to pungent seafood smell. For the amount we paid to stay here we expected better.

Unpleasant due to lack of cleanliness.

The layout of the house. Trampoline, sandpit and pool.

The cleanliness was not up to scratch. Linen was not washed from previous guests and stained. I had to re-wash it all myself before we slept. Smell of mould throughout the house made our stay quite unpleasant and we couldn’t wait to get home.

Beautiful home that caters for large groups, has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The property was easy to find, clean and spacious with ample bedding and facilities to support our group size. It's beautifully styled and has a very homely feel about it. Plenty of heating to stay warm - both fireplace and air con. Central location so easy to drive to restaurants and beaches.

Location was a little remote so had to drive everywhere. Linen and towels are not included which makes it challenging when you're travelling from interstate (so we pre-arranged this with the host for a fee).

Happy but not happy

Fantastic location,well decorated house and nice place to spend your holiday

Asking to bring own linen which I never saw before and this is very irritating We were expecting more clean as cleaner must do good job to clean spider web from corner of the house. No soap,no body wash provided in the bathroom. It would have been better if pool is heated and expecting from guest to clean everything..

Amazing, Relaxing and we could be all together and have the option to retreat.

The property itself was beautiful, loved how it was split level and you had the option with all different decks and levels which would be great with group booking as you have the option to retreat. house was immaculate and with upgraded kitchen. I can not fault this property. the owners are the loveliest people and very accommodating. my family did not leave the house which says it all as we aren’t home people and the best but kids had a ball. I will visit again thats for sure, this house will not disappoint.

There is not one thing I can fault.

A very nice property

Great host and attended to our request very promptly to fix a globe in one of the toilets. Location was perfect and close to almost everything you need. Overall a good experience.

The mattress was too soft for all of our liking (7 guest in total). Though the globe in one of the toilet was fixed promptly but it worked only for couple of hours which is a shame and generally the electrical stuff is bit flaky (not dangerous but takes a bit to figure out). Same thing with wifi, it was dropping off constantly and we were on 4G (no 5G in the area).

Fabulous

The house itself was amazing! I loved everything about it. It was clean, very cosy and the decor was very nice. Everything was big enough for 10 people and the house felt very spacious and relaxing. The property looked exactly like the photos so there were no surprises (except for the pool)

Confirmed my request for checking out at a later time, then got cancelled on the day. Also, didn't give me a warning with cancellation of the property so I had to rebook it. Once arrived at the accommodation, the pool was also not accessible- so we were not able to use it.
