This home was built for entertaining, with a floor to ceiling open face fireplace, gourmet eat-in kitchen, over-sized leather sectional, and an 80” TV. Elk View Lodge is the perfect vacation setting for the whole family. KEY FEATURES: * 5 Bedrooms | 4 Bathrooms | Guest Apartment with Kitchenette and Newly Installed AC in Spring of 2021 * 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Full Bed, 5 Twin Beds (Sleeps 13) * Ideal Retreat for multiple families, or mature adult groups * Private Hot Tub and Gas Fire Pit * Free WiFi Internet | AC | Shuffleboard | Ping Pong | Gas BBQ * 5 Large Smart TVs with Dish | Blu-Ray Player | XBox 360 * Electric car charger - no need to drive to a charging station! The huge Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s dining for 10 around the large, granite center island. Just off the great room is a fabulous covered entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, dining table, comfortable couch set, and a private Hot Tub. The patio is a great spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the local wildlife! The property backs up to open space and one of Suncadia’s hiking/biking trails. The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a King Bed, TV w/Dish, and a beautiful en-suite private bath. The bath features an amazing soaking tub, large walk-in tile shower, and double sinks. Just down the hallway off the kitchen is a Guest Suite with a Queen Bed, large TV w/Dish, and a private bathroom with a Tub/Shower combo. The third bedroom on the main floor is a kid’s bunk room, complete with two sets of Twin over Twin Bunks, and a large TV with Dish and XBox 360. The bunk room is supported by a guest bath with a tile shower. Down a corridor and up a flight of stairs is the second floor guest apartment. The main room has a King Bed, large TV w/Dish, and a kitchenette. Through a door off the main room is a bunk room with a Twin over a Full Bunk. The guest apartment has its own private bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. The guest apartment is ideal for a family of 5. Elk View Lodge is an ideal location for 2 to 3 families or 4 couples! ** PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $110 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking.

We have an annual golf get together with 10 to 14 gentlemen and this place was very nice. FYI The neighbor is very sensitive to noise after 10 PM.
We had a great time, and the place was easy to check into, and we had contact with the property manager during this day. They were easy to contact and delightful.

Loved the house. The ping pong table in the garage was a huge hit with our teens. Didn't have enough time to enjoy the hot tub. The kitchen island was great for playing games, we were all able to sit comfortably around it.

Great place. There is a big powerline outback that you can’t see from the photos, but there were lots of trees. The huge gas fireplace and the hot tub where our favorite things. Appreciate how much seating they have outside. Ample beds for our big groups. Didn’t have coffee filters and a broken coffee maker, but the customer service was fast and they brought them to us. Also recommend they add a first aid kit. Great tv too!

Great home with a really good layout to host multiple families. Very large kitchen island which made eating meals together a breeze. The snow made using the satellite unusable, but we found some work arounds using the internet.
Just played in the snow with the kids. Didn't leave the house for the weekend which was nice.
We dug out the firepit which was fantastic as well. Very very warm gas firepit.
The hot tub was clean.

Elk View Lodge was the perfect choice for our family of 11 to spend Thanksgiving! The home is exactly as described. Spacious, well appointed and extremely clean and well maintained. If your group is interested in cooking, then this is place for you! The kitchen is extremely large, with an abundance of counter space and a huge island that seated all of us. No need to bring anything to make those meals! In addition to everything you would expect there was a juicer, waffle maker, electric turkey roaster, food processor, coffee grinder, and much more. Everything was new and spotless. It made cooking for Thanksgiving a breeze!
The great room with the beautiful fireplace was a lovely place to spend time and the sofa is big enough to all enjoy it together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the layout of the house was perfect for our group. The bedrooms are basically spaced out over two wings making it perfect for a large group. Everyone enjoyed the large fire pit in the evening as well!
The area is beautiful and conducive to walking around the neighborhood.
Communication was easy and all the instructions were clearly detailed. Check in and out was seamless. Would highly recommend Elk View Lodge!

Perfect for a large family
This house is perfect for a large family. The kitchen is well-stocked and the layout of the bedrooms was perfect for us. The back is right under some big power lines so people should be aware of that if this is something they are concerned about. Our only (very small) issue was that the heat could not be adjusted and it was very warm to sleep at night. It would be nice to be able to cool the house for sleeping. But I would strongly recommend it to any family for a get-together. The huge table seats ten so it is fun to all sit around for conversation and games. A very very nice place to stay.
