Hôtel original parfaitement équipé mais sans accueil personnalisé

Expérience unique de voir s'arrêter les trains sous la fenêtre, bien isolée du bruit d'ailleurs. La nuit il y a moins de circulation, voire plus du tout après une certaine heure, et on peut même ouvrir la fenêtre. Chambre très moderne avec une décoration originale plutôt réussie. La salle de bain de même. Petit déjeûner copieux dans la caféteria de la gare.

L'accueil est 'robotisé' avec un appareil qui 'crache' les cartes-clés. Tant que ça marche, c'est aussi parfait qu'inhumain. En cas de problème, ça doit être moins facile, car aucun réceptionniste ni autre personnel présent, au moins le soir. â notre arrivée vers 19h, où nous étions les seuls hôtes. Nous nous sentions donc évidemment un peu perdus dans cette grande gare. Plus tard, nous avons entendu des pas rassurants dans le couloir.

Der Aufenthalt im Bahnhof Erzingen ist jedesmal ein Highlight, auf das ich mich schon im Voraus freue. Das Personal ist von einer unglaublichen Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit, die einem das Herz öffnet.

breakfast was excellent and the ladies that managed the Cafe were brilliant. Sheets were rough but room was very clean.

The property is exactly next to the rail track and this important information is not given in the Booking description of the property, a serious omission The hotel is self-checking and whilst the process was fairly smooth, it is not very appropriate for late at night next to the train station

Easy access location. Clean and very spacious rooms. Located next to the train station, but you can't hear any noise from it.

There was no way to climate control the room. The bike storage is not safe. You can pull it open with ease when locked and located next to a train station which is internationally know as not the safest place.

3 star price but 4 star service and facilities

like 4 star hotel. very good breakfast, Staff is very friendly. Self-checkin is a little bit cpmplicate but managable. Cheap if you compare all facilities and service they provided us.

Spacious room with delicious breakfast

Spacious room upstairs of old, but nicely renovated railway station. We couldn't hear trains at all to the room. Breakfast was excellent. A lot of parking spaces in front of the hotel.

No air-conditioning and on a warm summer day our room was very warm during the daytime when the sun was shining. Needed to try to cool it down by opening the window after sunset.

I liked the breakfast, served in a small coffee shop downstairs. It had good vibes! My room was nice and clen as well. I also liked the design of the hallway with old photos of the building. Railway is just next to the building, true, but I didnt hear a single train passing bay - windows have good sealings.

It was first time when I did self-checking. It worked well, no technical issues, it just felt little bit cold.

One of the best accommodation around the area. The location and amenities that they offered are really outstanding. The breakfast is realy good and the hospitality of the staff is unbeatable. Highly recommended.

Clean Rooms, close to swiss border. very good breakfast during weekends.

Very polite and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Swiss border is 2mins away. Close to Rhein falls 20mins. Could see both morning and night view.

No AC. No Lift. Wont recommend during hot days.

Safety hazard

Cleanliness, breakfast, cozy hotel

There is a serous safety hazard on the second floor, there is an unmarked foot trap which caused my disabled mom to fall and break her finger. Be aware! The hotel windows open to railway tracks.

Clean and good business hotel

Nice clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and clean as well. Parking just outside the hotel. Breakfast was really good and the service was really good and friendly.

Electronic entry procedure was not totally clear when you had booked 2 rooms - but we managed

Rooms and breakfast were awesome. Its perfect for a night or two. Not very far from Rhine falls.

Ideal stayover for train travellers

If you're traveling by train, this "train station converted into a hotel" is ideal. The soundproofing was perfect, so no disturbance from passing trains during the night. Very modern, comfortable rooms. The breakfast in the station cafeteria is also nice.

I found using the ATM-style reception on a Saturday afternoon a bit confusing. I had rooms 1 & 2, which requires using another door than the one next to the reception machine. That is signposted, but I didn't see the sign at first and got frustrated not being able to get in the door immediately next to the automated reception machine.

Perfect place, cyclist fiendly:)

Nicely renovated old railway station. Lockable bicycle garage where you can safely store your bicycle (with video surveillance). Rooms were spacey, water and cola were waiting for us in the fridge. Breakfast was also delicious.

Breakfast is always good, staff very friendly.

This time the room I was given was did not meet my expectations. I have stayed here many times now and each time the standard of room I get is a little less than expected and the price seems to get more expensive. Its a shame, as this hotel is very nice, comfortable and very well located for my needs.

Amazing stay! Nice stay and breakfast. So close to Zurich :)

This is an amazing Hotel. First time stayed in a hotel which is fully automated. It was bit of learning curve but all went well. The roam was amazing and washroom was even greater. It has even radio with speaker to enjoy while showring. The hotel is in the boarder of Switzerland, So price wise its the best and only 20-25 mins away from Zurich. The hotel offers unbeatable price and service as its in Germany. Happy with the stay and even happier with the breakfast and to the Caffe staffs.

I loved the fact that itused to be a station. They have rebuilt it beautifully. It felt very luxurious to stay there, lots of room, good quality bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was also delicious down in the bakery.
