We had a great stay at this home. It was clean and large and comfortable and great for our family with kids. Very close to Bryce Canyon national park and a small store nearby for groceries etc. would definitely recommend this home!

Plenty of space for my family of 6. Everyone had their own bed. Nice and clean, and very convenient for visiting Bryce. Thank you.

Exceptional property for our week hiking around Bryce Canyon. Home was located perfectly to the canyon entrance, extremely well appointed, clean, and welcoming. Annette is an outstanding host and makes you fell at home immediately. Would 100% recommend Annette's home to anyone coming into the area (large group or small)!

This house was perfect for our needs. We are a family of 5 Utahns and 3 of our British cousins. We wanted a place where we could all stay together which was close to the beauties of southern Utah. We were able to all stay together in a house with sufficient beds, a big table where we could eat our meals and do some laundry! We were able to travel to Bryce Canyon, Kodachrome Basin and Capitol Reef with ease. It was perfect!

Deceptive from outside, lovely and spacious inside. Extra room downstairs. Very clean inside. It was a great launchpad for Bryce Canyon and other regional activities. A quiet and friendly little town with dramatic views.

Lovely home and comfortable home for a family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone. We like to cook and found the kitchen to be very well equipped. It was a short drive to both Bryce Canyon NP and Kodachrome SP.

We fell in love with the house as soon as we waked in. It gave us rhat warm and fuzzy feeling of a grandma's house with a lot of modernization. Super clean, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of spices, and sweet bonus of fresh eggs. We can keep on bragging about this house because it's just simply amazing.
Annette was super sweet as well and very responsive. You can tell that she takes pride of maintaining the house really well and tried her very best to make your stay there enjoyable. We'll definitely look for this place when we visit again next time.

Comfortable and clean. Great set up for families with five bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped and had enough cookware and dishes for all of us.
It snowed while we were there. It was great to have a warm home (with a fireplace) at the end of a fun (but cold) day.
Within walking distance to restaurants and a small grocery store. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and property was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out and relax.

This is a very comfortable house for large or small groups. We loved that there were three individual full bathrooms and multiple bedrooms and pillows. Due to our preferences in beds, we played a bit of musical beds to find the most comfortable bed for each of us. The photos of the rooms are very accurate. The kitchen is stocked well with dishes, pots, and pans. Pots and pans are very new!
The backyard was a wonderful place to sit and relax. The apple tree was loaded with apples, so one night we had freshly-made apple crisp. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe.
Tropic is very convenient to Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon, Kodachrome Basin, and other wonderful hiking spots.
The response times from Annette were excellent. We appreciate that she was readily available.

This home was such a nice retreat for the family to get out of the heat of the Las Vegas Valley. We sat on the porch and just had some wonderful family visits.

Comfort, close to Bryce Canyon
We had a lovely stay in this very spacious, well equipped rental. Annette was a very responsive host, and went above and beyond to make our stay in Tropic as comfortable as our own homes. The house is perfectly situated for daily adventures to the park or the waterfall at Mossy Cave. There's enough to do at the rental as a family that staying in a day-two to acclimate to the altitude didn't feel like a loss at all.

My family of four (two adults, two teens) stayed for three nights and really enjoyed our time in this home!
Pros:
-Annette was very responsive when we had questions.
-Cool retro vibe to the house (classic Pyrex serving bowls, bicentennial drawer liners) but with modern amenities (smart TV, responsive stove).
-Super close to Bryce Canyon National Park.
-Comfortable beds.
-Very nice grill.
-Fresh eggs (what a nice surprise!).
Cons:
-There was some confusion about how much of the house we would have access to based on the listing. If you need access to all 5 bedrooms, make sure that's what you're reserving when you book.
-The closest grocery stores had very limited supplies, especially of produce. If you're on a restricted diet of any kind, you might want to seek out a larger grocery store.
-No recycling (at least not that we found).
Overall, this home was an excellent base of operations for our first trip to Bryce Canyon NP. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is spacious, clean and well-equiped. The location was perfect for a family hiking and sightseeing trip in the Bryce Canyon area. You can actually walk 2-3 miles from the end of the street directly to the national park boundary and join the Bryce network of trails. Of course the drive to the rim is only 20 minutes. Bryce, Kodakchrome, Escalante, etc., are all closeby and provide spectacular other-worldly scenery.

Excellent, very comfortable house, for my wife and son, great location for visiting Bryce NP. Quiet setting in small town, we came in early March (early for visiting Bryce) so only limited restaurants available, and the ones which were open closed early.
