About this house rental
Rate RollBack 01/30/2024-Rate RollBack to 2022 Rates Hurricane rated Metal Roof, Windows and Doors completed in 2023 4 New Smart TV's installed in 2022 Brand New ground level deck with extended recreational area complete with outdoor lounging dining, grilling, and outdoor shower with hot/cold water. This quaint home is a one story on pilings with great water views. We prefer weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday and will consider shorter stays. When you step inside you will begin to relax in the large living area. The comfortable couches are relaxing after a long day on the water. At Dinner time the view out the sliding glass door is serene and when you step outside on to the back deck you will finish with a beautiful sunset. The galley kitchen is fully stocked - just bring food to cook your favorites! The master bedroom is separate from other bedrooms and has a master bath and walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms are tucked away on the opposite side of the house. One full sized air mattress is also available. A large guest bath is available to all. There is an outdoor shower downstairs for that quick rinse after a day at the beach. You will enjoy hanging out at the large outdoor picnic area supplied with two grills and two picnic tables. My family really enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed including lots of beach gear and was the perfect place for a relaxing staycation. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow, my husband & I had the best time staying at Richard’s home. It is a fabulous property - so clean, just around the block from the ocean, and has everything you need for the beach! Mattresses were super comfy. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We even had the opportunity to meet Richard, who was such a nice guy! We will definifely be coming back here next time we visit Pensacola! Thank you Richard - Kristina & Lucas

Well the pictuese did not do this home any justice as all the furnatue was new and very comfortable and very nice. Mr. Russell , the owner , met us and made us and our Frenchie feel extremely welcome to his home. He had everything you could possibly need on vacation here. Not one but two grills outside ! Charcoal and gas .

The house was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The property manager was extremely friendly and provided plenty of beach gear for our use. The beach was just a short walk away and both the neighborhood and beach were quiet.

My family and our friends family shared the house for a long weekend. Richard (the best host) met us at check in to show us our home away from home. The house accommodated four adults and four children nicely. The easy walk to the non-commercial beach made our trip a 10/10. The beach was beautiful and family friendly. We had a blast diving for shells and watching the birds and fish!! To our surprise there was a second outdoor shower. Such a perfect way to clean up after a day at the beach. The house had chairs, toys, umbrellas, plenty of beach towels, etc! Since the house is in a non-commercial area it was an oasis from the near by bustle of the shops and restaurants just a short drive away. We absolutely recommend this entire experience and plan to come back in the future!

Owner met us, showed us around and was available by text/call if needed. Made the check in process very quick and easy.
The home was immaculately clean. Everything you could need was provided. Inside the house was well stocked. All beach needs (chairs, tent, cooler, wagon, etc) available for use. Plenty of room for our family of five. Favorite part was the outdoor shower. Gas and charcoal grill provided. This guy has thought of everything!
Very short walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded like those in front of condos. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
We are already planning a return trip!

The house is located on the beach side in a neighborhood with only a short walk to the beach. The house comes with pretty much any accessories you need for a fun day at the beach: boogie boards, sand castle toys, chairs, etc. There are even a few beach towels provided. We all absolutely loved the two outdoor showers to be able to get completely clean before going in the house after being out at the beach. This was so incredibly helpful with us having 4 kids that were 7 and under with us. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The house with clean and comfortable. A perfect beach house for a family vacation.

The property owner gave us a complete tour when we checked in and pointed out anything that might cause an issue. Fortunately, we did not have any issues. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property and would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The beach house is perfect. Very clean with everything you would need. Chairs, beach stuff etc. Owner is very responsive and takes great care of the property. The beach is just out the back door and short walk down the path so very close. Wonderful location. The surrounding neighbors are quiet. Would definetly stay here again.

We loved the updated house with new outdoor shower! What a plus! Lovely furnishings, beach equipment , grill, and outdoor spaces.
The only downside is carrying everything 2 blocks with small children and no real ocean view. But the walking path is very close and the neighborhood is very safe and kid friendly. The owner is friendly and accommodating .

The neighborhood has a lot of charm. The location of the house was great. A very short walk to the beach. The house is comfortable. The dishwasher was super wonky for a larger family it could be very annoying. I feel it needs to be replaced or fixed. Richard did aknowladge this. Richard is a friendly host. I enjoyed his company. This house is really a kick back and relax kinda house. Just like it should be in such a special area.

Our host offered a very clean and centralized location for me and my friends to stay while fishing a beach tournament .
The house was perfect.
The garage had ample space for me and my friends to store our gear.
The location of the rental was close to the beach with easy access.
We plan on staying again at the location for the spring tournament.

Very satisfied with this property. It was well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen, beach supplies in garage, and home was spacious and clean. Will definitely book again if my family and I revisit Pensacola.

Beautiful Place
We had 5 adults plus 3 kids and had plenty of room. The house is super clean and nice. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. Very short walk to the beach plus there are plenty of beach items in the garage that are offered by the owner. Even stuff for the kids. You are also a very short drive to plenty of different restaurant which are mostly seafood driven of course but you are right beside the ocean which means super fresh seafood. We ate at Cafe Bistro for breakfast our first morning which was so so good. Then ate at Flounders Chowder House one night which was absolutely amazing. Also ate at Peg Leg Pete's which was also amazing. In my opinion Flounders Chowder House was the best seafood ive ever had. Richard the owner was very polite and easy to work with. We will definitely be back. Hopefully sooner than later.

Property is well kept and is a short walk to the beach. The large balcony is great for lounging in the sun or watching the sunset. A very nice beach retreat.

We felt like we were guests in a home away from home. The owner was very accommodating. He's very nice and reasonable. Close the beach in a more residential area. So, the beach nearest the house is not as crowded as it is near the hotels. This place is great for a family get away. The water was clear and we could see fish, catch fish, find some sand dollars and other small shells. We saved some money when compared to the hotels for the group our size and had a wonder time. THANK YOU Richard!
