This home away from home exceeded our expectations. Beautifully appointed with full amenities. Anni was very helpful and accommodating with our arrival time. Easy access to all beaches, and the ferry terminal to circular quay ~ Sydney. We’d absolutely return to this VRBO. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely, large, bright, airy flat located in a very quiet area away from the mania that can be Manly, but close enough via short walk to beach and downtown. Anni was the perfect host, available if you needed something, otherwise invisible. We are looking at buying a property in Manly or surrounds in the next year, and will definitely stay here again!!! Thanks Anni !!!

We had a wonderful week-long stay in Manly. The flat is lovely and very well equipped...it really felt like home to us. Lots of space to spread out, including huge closets and an awesome bathroom. Parking on the street was never an issue and the neighborhood was very quiet. Our hosts were quite responsive and thoughtful. We highly recommend this flat near Sydney.

Stunning and quiet location. Spacious one bedroom property which is beautifully furnished. High quality, stylish and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Great to have outdoor space including seating and BBQ. Ten minutes to beach, fifteen minutes to wharf. Helpful and attentive host.

Hosts were lovely and very helpful. Exceptionally clean.There was everything in the appartment that you needed. Extras too, nice warm blankets to snuggle in for the colder evenings, as we were there in September/ October. Great location, 6 minutes walk to the beach. Cannot give any negatives at all.

Immaculately clean, perfect Manly location, beautifully appointed apartment. Anni and Steve are superb hosts and obviously take great pride in the stunning presentation of this property. The location is perfect to walk into Manly town Centre or to the beach or for access to some of the stunning hikes around Sydney Harbour. A quiet street with easy parking is a huge advantage. From the patio out front, we enjoyed the beautiful gardens with amazing bird life. The location could not be better. A short walk to Manly center and the 20 minute ferry to Sydney, the beautiful Manly beach, very nice restaurants and some excellent, scenic walks. We also walked to a good tennis facility

Great memories
Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 week stay in the very comfortable, spacious and well appointed apartment that met all of our needs. Hosts, Anni and Steve, very friendly and accommodating. Well placed in a quiet position yet within easy walking distance of Manly beach, the Corso or the Wharf for a ferry trip to Sydney CBD and beyond.

Amazing place. Amazing hosts
Rarely, if ever, have we found a rental property with such a combination of high quality fixtures and fittings and thoughtful and helpful hosts. Light, quiet and secluded, with a private garden populated by birds, yet only a 5 or 6 minute walk down the hill to the beach.

The unit was super tidy and had all imaginable amenities that one can wish for. Everything was really clean. A nice patio has a feeling of own little garden. Manly beach is on walking distance and a parking permit provided for street parking. We also had a very pleasant experience with the owners who were really friendly and helpful.

Luxury home close to Manly Wharf and beach.
Fabulous, modern property close to the beach and wharf but in a peaceful street. We could not have asked for more. A bright, airy open plan sitting / dining/ kitchen with huge doors to let in the cool sea breeze. Anni kindly let us in early as our flight landed early morning. No bugs whatsoever which testifies to the meticulous cleaning. Plenty of spare towels and linens and a kitchen packed with every piece of crockery, glassware and utensil that you would need, which was great as we cooked most nights.
If we ever come back to Manly we will definitely stay again.

A gem in Manly
This is our second stay here. We have returned to this apartment because it has lots of natural light, is tastefully furnished and is very clean and quiet. It is located within a reasonable walking distance of the supermarkets and the ferry. Anni is a pleasant and attentive host. Hopefully we will get a chance to come back.

A stylish and superbly well equipped apartment in fabulous Manly
This is one of the nicest rentals I have ever stayed in - and I travel a lot! Anni has thought of everything, and the apartment is comfortable, private and just all round great. And Manly embodies everything that is fabulous about Sydney and the Aussie lifestyle! We had such a good time - I would thoroughly recommend it.

Very well thought out accommodation
Lovely apartment with views of the sea, you get the sun in the morning so breakfast or coffee on the terrace is a must. The apartment is spacious, immaculate and very clean. The layout is also well thought out, with a good sized bedroom and loads of storage. If you have to get up in the middle of the night there is a little low level light which comes on to guide you without waking your partner. The fridge is massive and the kitchen really well equipped, we entertained there a couple of times, which was very successful Kangaroo Street seems pretty long and hilly if you don't have a car, but there is a brilliant short cut down to the lower level and an really easy walk into Manly. It is well lit at night and you will have no problem dining and walking back. My only recommendation to perfect and already perfect situation would be to put some blinds on the skylights in the dining area. When we were eating the sun shone through and made it quite uncomfortable for the person sitting in the blaze of the sun. There is building work going on next door and the builders do start pretty early in the morning but as we were on New Zealand time it didn't really matter to us, but it you are late night people and like to lie in it may be a problem.

Manly Blue a Treat!
If you are looking for a beautiful, clean, quiet place to stay this is the spot! Great location enables easy walk to Manly Beach or Wharf without living within the clutter or crowds. The design, layout and amenities are all up to date. We cooked dinners and breakfast with ease and used the BBQ 3-4x. Hosts are helpful when needed and let us simply "live" in the unit. Their tip about Harris Farm Market was a gem! Will definitely be back next time! Thanks!

A Gem in Manly
Superb apartment located on a hill overlooking Manly. High ceilings, huge windows, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Small patio in front of the unit and partial views of the ocean. Within walking distance of ferry to Sydney, beach, the Corso and supermarkets. The neighbouring property is being renovated so there was some noise during the day, but very quiet in the evenings. We will return to Australia just to stay here!

Absolutely Beautiful
The property was exactly how it was advertised, it was incredibly clean, spacious and well maintained. The location was great as it was only a 5-10min walk to the beach and town which has incredible shopping and restaurants. There were great facilities which were all useful and worked incredibly. I was definitely satisfied with my stay and I'd say was definitely worth it.
