The staff was really kind and helpful. The rooms were comfy, spacious and clean. The hot tub was amazing.

The gym was not the best. I do not think it's the best place for the gym but other than that minor issue it was a superb stay.

best service

Everything about the area was good and cleanliness was good.need i say more about the staff attitude. They made my stay so easy. I had my 11 months baby with me and i never felt alone because of the support they were giving me. The lady i found at the reception m not sure if shes the cleaners supervisor she was very friendly Christmas Lunch was so good. Had a good experience

Situated in a quiet place and very clean, the garden is beautiful

Not having hot water from the basin, not being able to bring my own alcohol and not having a designated braai areas. There must be a tuck shop selling basic needs and they must provide cappacchino and latte

It was was okay beside the 2 issues with the microwave and menu

The place is beautiful. I loved the environment and grateful to the chef as he made us feel welcomed and was always willing to assist. The guy who was at the reception upon our arrival was great too.

upon arrival we wasn't happy with the buffet menu for dinner and We requested to order from the normal menu rather and was told we cannot. We had no issue drove out to go buy food. As we were back we realised rooms do not have a microwave which is not a major issue, went to ask the ladies at the reception to warm my food , they didn't want to assist , they became hostile and then eventually the lady who was there told them to assist. It seemed as though they were now doing us a favour. I don't think it should be this way, remember when you have guests they far from their homes and are limited. So be accommodative and do all you can make it feel homely and prioritise keeping your guests Happy. I go to a lot of places this was the first time I got such treatment.

The television channel was not working and on day 1 the floor was having dust and they have mosquitoes

We liked the setup of the rooms we managed to sleep all in tge house.

Rooms were specious and clean also the bedding was clean.

The food at the Restaurant was cold and dry on the first day but was better on the second day.

The place was accessible to all the places we were visiting and it was easy to find the place using

We enjoyed every thing prepared for us. We had an opportunity to choose what we want, one of my friends doesn't eat beef and she had an omlet without sausages prepared for her by the chef. The manager told us to eat everything that we want and we felt at home.

Safety is of concern especially since room 3 door lock was loose.

Very good. Considerate and friendly staff.

There appears to be food outlets within the facility on pictures but there's none. Too far from any form of entertainment The place is still using keys for doors, that didn't feel safe Staff seems to work for too many hours without rest.

I booked this accommodation with high hopes as it was rated a 4 star, but it ended with disappointments.

We experienced the following dissatisfactions during our stay: 1. The bath tub stopper does not work and there is only hot water from the taps from the bathrooms. 2. The lodge does not replenish teas and coffees and toiletries unless they find the consumed ones in your trash. 3. We were only replenished with 1 towel with all the old ones taken away for 4 persons. 4. There’s no hairdryer and telephone in the room so you’d have to walk to reception to request for any in-room services. 5. Poor quality furnishes with broken corners. 6. No plug points on bedside to charge phones. 7. No sound proofing between rooms, conversations of next door can be easily heard. The star grading of this place should be reviewed.

Horrible experience

Its easy to find

For the price i paid per night, the room. Was not cleaned on the second day of stay as i had extended to 3days. We booked the full body massages, pecicures and mani for both adults and one kid on saturday for monday. The pedi and mani were cancelled as they did not have products, the message therapist were late we ended up cancelling the booking but we were still charged for a service that was never rendered. The jacuzzi in the main bedroom was mulfunstioning so we never got to use it. The house was not cleaned on the 24th despite us not being there the whole day and at night the male receptionist/ care taker invited himself into the house at night while we were sleeping claiming that we had reported the Jacuzzi to have not been working. We dnt know what would have happened had my hisband not woke up and asked him what he was doing there who knows what would have happened. We oderred dinner and was charged for extra adult like how..? Everyday at 5 am we are woken up by monkeys running on the roof..... we wemt there to relac to to be woke up by animals at 5 am. Very unplasant stay for a villa even

I had the most comfortable stay, the pasta was , the staff were amazing.

The rooms were clean, the location was great and hot water. Breakfast was also nice

They say it's a harmony queen room but the bed is a double bed. Not very comfy for two people. They didn't want to provide enough towels talking about standard procedure . U found it very disturbing @ breakfast, the egg frying equipment is slow and they are nit able to serve all of us on time. You end up finishing the food waiting for eggs which often takes more than 10 minutes to Fer to your table because of the egg ordering queue. Finally I wanted to have a workshop of 7 people but they were not flexible and wanted to charge me R25300 ex VAT for venue and they were not flexible.

It is clean, well looked after.

The food was not good. My daughter was told that chicken was compulsory in her order and she had to choose between sausage, pork pr steak… no chicken was brought and the my two other sons’ stakes were burnt and very well done.

The unit smelled very off when we got there. The soaps in the bathroom were half used, and there were socks in the closet from the previous guests. The aircon was very high when we came in, so the smell was 10 times worse. It smelled like old sweat. We left within an hour of arriving as it was not as advertised, the venue refused to refund us the full amount even though we did not use anything in the room. We then had to look for other accommodations on a Friday afternoon. Bookings.com was very helpful, but I do not recommend this property to anyone who is looking to spend a nice weekend with a loved one.

my stay was calm and relaxing as I wished.

The room was clean and the shower was amazing.

I couldn’t connect to the wifi when I was in my room, it kept on saying move closer. on Saturday night the Electricity kept on going and coming back.
