Nice place

Very clean and modern rooms. Nice breakfast with great selection.

We had room downstairs and it's very noisy in the morning as breakfast is served in the corridor next to the room so 6 o'clock it was very noisy

Very good

The host lady was very nice, the place is nice and there is a garden where you can rest, the apartments are clean and the breakfast was delicious.

maybe with some roses in the garden it will give the place a nicer view

Nice olace for one night

- Big, comfortable and clean rooms - Nespresso coffee machine in the room - Nice staff

- No soundproofing. The main gate and the entrance door make extremely loud buzzing noise when opened. - Breakfast is minimal, bad coffee

Amazing clean, modern stylish room; Gorgeous garden; Very joyful terrace with sun-beds. Very tasty breakfast. It absolutely exceeded our expectation and made visit to Sardinia so fascinating.

Exceptional

Hotel had very nice breakfasts with typical Italian sweet pastry, fresh fruits and not only. Room was very clean and it was kept clean via daily maintenance. Staff was very friendly: I want to mention Jessica who helped us book a taxi and was extremely friendly. as well as other young man whose name I do not know (sorry for this) He basically saved us from being late for our flight.

Superb room with huge size and a beautiful sea view from the terrace. Really comfortable bed, great bathroom with all the facilities needed. The breakfast is great with variety of fresh ingredients and local freshly made specialties. The property is super clean and well located. Parking available! Staff are super nice, they make you feel at home!

Completely renovated, brand new, best bed I have slept on in months, best shower I've had in months. Breakfast was great and secure off street parking is great. If your in the area choose this hotel. Thank you

Great stay

lovely well decorated B&B, with big sun terrace attached to room as well as the garden available to sit and relax. Parking inside the property. Breakfast was delicious. Nice staff. Restaurants and supermarket nearby.

A great and quiet

This is a very nice and comfortable, family run place at the seaside of Cagliari. We chose this place, because we did not want to stay in a busy and loud area of Cagliari - and it was the perfect choice. It’s a very nice and quiet area, and you are directly at the sea and only a short drive away from Cagliari center. The place has a private and closed parking, which is very comfortable! The room was perfectly clean, comfortable and nicely furnished - the terrace was very spacious and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and helpful people! the communication before arrival worked perfectly and always quick. And during our stay they were extremely helpful, finding a solution for a big problem we had. We can definitely recommend this place

Excellent place to relax after a long day

Comfortable and spacious property, our room also had a nice terrace. The hotel is outside city but it’s only some 10-15 minutes drive to the city center and sailing club. There are few restaurants and shops within a walking distance. Staff was very welcoming and flexible to our needs, for example arranging breakfast earlier

A very pretty villa with a beautiful garden, perfect for the sea, not too far from Cagliari

Nice spacious room, spotlessly clean, great bed.. Very welcoming and helpful staff. We couldn't get a taxi and they came after us downtown at midnight.. We would have liked a room with a bakcony, but we got out on the terrace. Nice and funny conversation with Marcella at breakfast and the lady of the house. The atmosphere was cozy and pkeasant. Definitely recommand.

A bit noisy in the morning when breakfast was prepared. Quite far from Cagliari, a car would be advisable as taxis and public transportation are unreliable.

Nice and clean place with beautiful room.

Nice little hotel with simple but fresh breakfast. Service was very friendly and supportive.

The lock for the gardendoor didn't work properly - it took some time to convince the door to open.

The garden was beautiful, rooms suuuper clean, customer service amazing, they even help us to find the best beaches to go and make the reservation. I will come back for sure.

You may need a car, but they offer you parking space so no problem.

All we hoped for and more

Everything was perfect. Very well appointed room and house with every detail thought of. Exceptionally clean, very quiet and we were made to feel at home. The breakfast was wonderful too. Car parking securely on site was much appreciated.

Amazing days-off in September

La Terrazze gave us new flavour of quiet time together. More than decent apartment with spacious terrace and modern look brought brand new experience of resting we did not even expected. Located short walk distance from the main street and a supermarket, between other villas and gardens offered lazy days of sun-tanning and resting in clean, comfortable conditions, not only inside, but also in the garden. Helpful, friendly staff, always smiling with Italian hospitality was nice adder each day, starting from morning coffee. Perfect choice for people that want to get away from city and crowded hotels. Great location for south Sardinia sight-seeing. Although verbal communication was not perfect, I loved this way of getting closer to the point.

If I may have tiny remark, I would suggest to offer some vegetables on breakfast.
