Apartment is perfectly equipped with all supplies for cleaning, with washing machine, dishwasher, in kitchen cutlery has everything you will need. Location is great, just couple of minutes walk distance from Gran Via.

very thoughtful and tasteful designs throughout the Apt, which is very rare for rental properties. Location is absolutely amazing! Literally next to Gran Via and so walkable to everything.

Noise from the bar cross the street. We stayed during weekend and national day, ppl were drinking, chatting and singing until 3-4 a.m. no elevator. we need to carry all luggages upstairs, but hallway and staircases are wide and safe, so not a big deal.

The room in the street side can get super noisy at night, there’s a bar / restaurant just in front where some stay drinking until maybe 2 am. Our flat was 2 floors up on the stairs, not ideal to carry your luggage up.

Overall service: uncomplicated and smooth. Everything just worked, instructions were provided on time and easy to follow. Deluxe Appartment: The Appartment is nice, very well decorated. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms nicely done, with beautiful very pleasant showers. The living area is very pretty and luminous. The beds, pillows, bedsheets etc. are good quality.

Deluxe Appartement: we stayed in Appartment 1D. It is very badly isolated and a first floor. One can hear absolutely everything happening in the street. We had to buy ear plugs to be able to sleep, although the street is not particularly noisy.

The apartment is super deluxe, very harmonic , yet the idea of having the bath inside the room without door is something we don’t accept.

Location is perfect , easy to reach Gran Via , but it is very noisy, always people are down in the street spend the whole nights talking , drinking or fighting.

we travel to Madrid frequently for business and leisure. this place ticks all the boxes. comfortable and in ideal location for both.

This is highly recomended place to stay. Apartment is super clean. Super close to Gran Via, like barely 1 min walk. And finally, it looks exactly as in pictures. Staff were amazing too. They provided us with great information at all the time, and also important info for me; they speak excelent English too. They gave us phone number and they were always excesible. Apartments bed are amazing so you can get really comfortable sleep. Air conditioning was amazing. Bathroom really spacious and shower really nice too Defenettly highly recomended place. Entire bulding is so clean and nice too. All the best in future work.

I wish there was room service if some kind. after four days we would have liked some new towels and such but overall it was a great place to stay.
