Being oceanfront, you have stunning views from both front and back decks on both levels. It’s a short walk to the restaurants, bars, and shops and steps away from the sand with your own private beach access! PROPERTY DETAILS This property comes fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Amenities begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 10 cars. There is a private pool, tiki bar and outdoor shower. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a pool table and wet bar, and the second floor also has a large open living area and a convenient wet bar. This house is very spacious and has 2 full sized refrigerators for all your family needs. All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grill. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your party to utilize at your leisure. BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS First Floor- Room 1: King Room 2: King Room 3: King Room 4: Queen, Full Room 5: Two sets of Twin Bunk Beds Room 6: Full, Full The den area includes a couch that pulls out into a Queen. Second Floor- Room 7: King Room 8: King Room 9: King Room 10: King Room 11: Two sets of Twin Bunk Beds IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pets are not permitted at this property Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30 Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach Property Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance! We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay. The point of the weekend was to have family and friends gather in a cultural context. We had a fabulous time. Breakfast, dinners, brunch and golf on the beach with solo cups. All made the weekend an unforgetable experience with family and friends. Thank you Stellar Realty. The Blue Diamond lives up to its name.

Nice and roomy for our entire family, Blue Diamond lived up to its advertisement. It was comfortable, well supplied and close by shops and restaurants, walking distance! Being on the beach with a pool besides was perfection. The property managers were very responsive to any questions.

We stayed at Blue Diamond during the spring break. We found the check in process smooth and the notification from the rental agency very helpful. Property was clean and nicely decorated with perfect location. Almost all the rooms provide ocean view, the balcony is large with good seating arrangements and property has direct and private beach access. Although the temperature was in mid 60s, pool area was a great hit for water play and barbecue.
We loved our stay at this property and definitely recommend to others.

Great house, great location - plenty of room for our group of 17 to spread out. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids on days when the surf was rough or when they'd had enough sand. Beds comfortable, kitched well equipped. There was no noise issue with the restaurants across the street. The kids loved being close to the ice cream stand. We'll be back!

We loved the home’s location but the lack of cleanliness upon arrival after waiting a hour past check in was disappointing. There were folks in our group that even felt the bed linens may not have been changed between guests. Suggestion: Clocks in bedrooms & one in main living areas as well as more serving bowls & storage containers.

A total of 18 of us (4 families) stayed in this house very comfortably for 4 days and had a great time. The location with private access to the beach and a nice pool made the days very easy for our young families - kids ages ranged from 3 - 11. We had one issue that was taken care of very quickly and will likely book again in the future.

My family had a wonderful time. The house was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone. It convenient to stores and restaurants. Our contact person was available by phone and addressed all of our questions.

Beautiful location and house
The house was perfect for our family of 26. We all enjoyed the house and location. All of the bedrooms were a good size and equipped with smart tv’s. The walk in showers were nice. The pool was very beautiful to look at- too cold to swim this time of year. The outdoor bar area on the beach side was a nice bonus. We would recommend a few constructive things - a griddle would be nice, a toaster, a new grill and more towels. We ended up buying bath towels and hand towels as well as a griddle. Overall we highly recommend this house for a large family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone when dining or just spending time together.

A week to remember
The pictures do not do it justice. A wonderful house at a great location. It helped that our weather was absolutely perfect. It really made our wedding one to remember. With ample room for each of our guests, an amazing 3rd floor entertaining area and a great pool and bar outside, a truly wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone looking to have their entire group stay together without feeling crowded.

Perfect fit for large groups
The location of the property is perfect, the house is big and well stocked. We stayed for 2 nites and we had almost 25 guests in our party still there wasno shortage of beds or bathrooms.
Only thing missed was a swing on the property but otherwise its a gem! Thanks!

Annual family vacation
We’ve been doing an annual family vacation for 11 years. This house was one of our favorites. The location was perfect and the house was large enough for our party of 26.
In addition, the property manager was very responsive when we needed to reach out to her.
We are looking forward to returning to this property in the future.

Big House right on the Beach!
The property is great. Right on the beach and pool right under the house. Great for a family function and cold chilling on the beach. House is large and felt comfortable for the amount of people we had stay. Property management was a little slow to take care of things that didn't work due to the salty beach beating things take down the shore, but still strongly recommend the place to hang for the week. Great times, great memories.

Blue Diamond
We enjoyed our stay very much. Some of the cleanliness issues dealt with the prior guests overstaying resulting in a rush cleaning job. Sabrina was very helpful in addressing our issues. The house is very nice with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Our first visit to Holden Beach, and I'm sure not the last!

House was as advertised. Because of cool weather did not use pool. House was brand new, (there were glasses in the cabinet with price tags still on) there were other small items that were addressed quickly. Communications with the owner could have been better.

Can’t beat Blue Diamond! Incredible location and very spacious home with all the amenities a large family would hope for. There were 12 golfers and each were able to have our own bed. Direct access to the beach and stunning views. Would highly recommend this home.
