Loved our stay at Palm Bay! Unit was clean, stocked with basics. Property was beautiful, clean and very secure. Perfect location, we used the trolleys and golf cart services to get around with no problems. Would definitely recommend and will return.

We were so excited to try a new condo this year so we decided on this unit. The building is in need of some major TLC! We had to use the stairs 90% of the time because there is only 1 elevator for all 11 floors. To do laundry you have to put money on a cash card. When you do the laundry soap comes out of the hose at the wall and to the floor. The hallways to the units are carpeted and they were covered in sand. As for the unit itself, several outlets didn’t work. Or maybe the top one would but the bottom wouldn’t. We found dirty chip bags under the couch after we were told that if we left any trash we would receive a $25 fee. The shower did not stay hot long. The biggest deal breaker for us was the beds!!! We actually left a night early and went to a hotel. The beds are noisy when you just try to sit on them. It is like laying on the concrete! I have never stayed in a condo like this. Also 4 hours after checkout I receive a text from who I presume to be the owner telling me we can have a complementary breakfast everyday and that she hopes we have a great stay! That was after we would have already checked out if we hadn’t left the night early! This was a nightmare!!! Think twice

Covered parking is clutch. The price to stay is always on the high side, but I haven’t stayed else where in the area. Units are clean at arrival. Our particular unit’s bathroom sink was clogged and drained water slowly. Aside from a shower and sleeping or getting ready to go out, we were never in our rooms. One of the elevators was down our entire stay of 3 nights. Overall it’s a pleasant place to stay, just a little pricey.

We loved the view from our condo! All the crew at the resort were very nice ! Having beach lounges chairs were awesome right at the waters edge umbrella also! We’ll be back!

The view alone is reason enough to stay in this condo. From the third floor you can look down the beach for quite a distance, that image keeps drifting through my mind, even two weeks after we've left. The condo is clean, pleasantly decorated and mostly as pictured. Bar stools in dining area are worn and need to be replaced. Staff were accommodating/responsive and the security detail was omni-present, probably due in part to the challenges of spring break. Charles, you're a credit to your profession :) Be prepared to spend alot on the first shopping trip, as there are no provisions whatsoever, not even salt and pepper! We purchased dishwasher detergent, hand soap, paper products, coffee filters, etc, etc. For a two week stay, I would have expected a bit more, as it has certainly been the case in other VRBOs we've stayed in. The building shows it's age a bit, one elevator was out of service the entire time we were there and the other was broken for a couple of hours. Our AC also broke but was fixed promptly. All in all, a few minor inconveniences, but a location that was a joy and that we'd be happy to return to.

We’ve vacationed on siesta key the last few years staying a little further south, close the beach but no view. The view here caught our eye from the listing. After seeing it in person, that alone was worth the extra spend. Seeing the beach and sunrise as soon as you open your eyes was so amazing. We didn’t have time to use all of the amenities, but was nice having them. The unit had everything we needed to make it home away from home. It was immaculate, the furniture was comfortable and the appliances were really nice. The only minor things that needed attention were the water in the bathroom sink was not heating and the water dispenser on the fridge needs adjusted, as it sprayed water around when using it. But, how nice having filtered water right there?! Thanks again for having us in your beautiful place!

There is plenty to do from beach walking to gallery going with fine restaurants to choose from. The only thing we can recommend is that the beds get new mattresses. It's time!

The property was perfect.

When we booked we were not told that there would be renovations going on at the time of our visit. The smell of the paint and the pounding early in the morning was very annoying especially since this was our honeymoon. They also had AC issues which I understand can happen but I feel there should be some type of reimbursement for situations like this.

We arrived on Thursday September 22 and were supposed to stay until the 29th. Hurricane Ian had other plans. We ended up leaving four days early but the three days we were there were amazing. The only eye sore was the construction in the hallways, which will be completed soon, and when it is, will be beautiful. Our reservation had to be changed by management prior to our trip due to the construction but we got a bigger condo at no additional charge, which was very kind. We also received a partial refund because of the evacuation. We weren’t expecting anything, nor did we ask for any compensation. We just received an email saying they refunded two nights worth since evacuation began Tuesday. Everyone in the lobby that we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be back! Thank you so much!!

Property is just as the pictures show. Really cute condo with an awesome view! Check in was easy. Property was clean with plenty of towels for our stay. Negatives: -only one elevator was working so there was quite a wait every morning to get down to the beach with our wagon and gear. Same wait happened on the way back up in the evening. -several outlets in the bedroom did not have power -some bulbs need replacing -water filter in fridge needs to be replaced. We had to buy ice and water for our stay. -bathroom only has a shower, no tub if you have young kids. Positives: -the unit felt like a home away from home. -lots of appliances, plates, and cutlery - unit is well taken care of and very clean! -the view is gorgeous!!!! - property is right on the beach which was wonderful with two small kids. We will absolutely stay again!!!
