Please note: this property is considered "basic" in nature, and has been priced below market rates because of this. There are minor cosmetic issues throughout the home, but overall, the unit still provides a very economical option for families to enjoy the area comfortably and safely. Here's what you'll find: LIVING/DINING ROOM: - Wicker loveseat with matching side chairs - Streaming cable TV - French doors lead out to front patio. (Note: one set of French doors has been temporarily disabled. One set of French doors still functional). - Dining table with seating for 4 KITCHEN: - Open to the living/dining areas - Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware - All large and small appliances - Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (coffee filters, napkins, plastic wrap, etc.) BEDROOMS: Bedroom #1: Queen bed; En suite bathroom Bedroom #2: Queen bed EXTRA SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 2 twin trifold floor mats are provided, along with extra linens/pillows. (the floor mats are better suited for children) Twin rollaway beds can be rented if adult sleeping accommodations are desired instead of mats. This property is what you expect for the $ in Newport Beach. A bit long in the tooth and not perfect but management was hyper responsive. Happy to be able to get anything less than a month ahead of time.

Property was well located, exactly as described. All amenities were present and in working order. Loved the proximity to the beach and neighborhood A few notes: the master bath toilet leaks so it ran periodically throughout the night. We turned the water off so we wouldn't hear it. Also the master shower was slow to drain

Great location but the property itself is poorly kept up. Inside stunk, everything was dated and in poor condition. Not to mention the couch was patio furniture

We had a nice stay. Very good communication with the property managers. The property was simplistic but perfect for our quick weekend trip!

The property was clean. The beds were comfortable, but the unit is dated and the kitchen light would not stay on. It is an old florescent tube light that blinks on an off. Maintenance came and replaced a tube, but it didn't fix the problem. The ballast is probably bad. The whole thing needs to be replaced. It is not fun to suddenly be in semi-darkness while eating your dinner. Also the living room furniture is very uncomfortable. It looks like it is patio furniture. Since the only TV is in the living room, that was a problem. This could be a good place if your ONLY concern was to be close to the beach.
