The location was unbeatable
We found horribly soiled pillow protector in one bedroom.It would have been patently obvious to the cleaning staff-they should have replaced it ;not put a clean pillow case on it. Very unhygienic and not what you should expect of a property of this calibre.

Location was exceptional.
And the space available in the apartment was amazing.
Loved the set up and style.
Nothing to comment. Everything was great. Only thing was the downstairs shower door was with caution with kids.

Fabulous apartment with outstanding sea views from all areas.
Extremely comfortable with a well fitted out kitchen and laundry,
A bathroom and an ensuite so ideal for a group.
A gym downstairs.
Easy access to the building and garage parking .
In the center of town near all restaurants and attractions so able to walk everywhere.
There were no negatives and as we stayed from Monday to Friday did not experience any noise issues indicated by other reviewers.

An amazing location with a wonderful ocean view from all rooms, a short walk to the ocean front, and short distances to restaurants and fast food outlets. All the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you are after a relaxing getaway.

Location was superb, views and space excellent. Easy walk in both directions to eateries. Close to coastal walkway and easy onto main roads.

Location was great and view was excellent. Apartment very comfortable.
The bedcover/coverlet in the bedroom are worn - need updating.
Not enough bedding on the main bed- needed to use an extra duvet.

Location is perfect. Views are absolutely stunning. It was tidy and super cosy! Will definitely be back again.

Beautiful location wikth stunning ocean views and walking distance to the main shops, galleries and restaurants in New Plymouth. Easy access using the lock box and great to have secure parking included. There was a good supply of basic things in the kitchen and the apartment also has a full laundry so good for longer stays. Very comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms and good heating throughout. Plenty of linen, towels etc supplied and electric blankets on all the beds which was lovely.
Super noisy one night with a lively bar across the road which closed at 3am, not the fault of the apartment, but just be aware, its right in the heart of the city, so there is traffic and people noise - even up this high. Could have used a few more hangers in the wardrobes and a luggage rack upstairs.

Nice apartment - right in town - clean and tidy
Rang noise control at 2am due to noise from local pub. Not happy that host accused us of throwing cigarettes over balcony when none of us smoke and this wasnt the case.

If I was being picky- The beds were ok but not fantastic for a luxury apartment.
