Allt var jättebra, fint läge, gratis parkering, fint rum, god frukost med mycket att välja på och mycket fin middagsbuffé på kvällen:) Men ffa stort extra plus för personalen som var fantastisk trevlig, hjälpsam och tillmötesgående:)) .

The room was very comfortable, all necessary chargers, comfortable bed, amazing location, you can have the breakfast in the restaurant and look at the cruize boats passing by. Super deliciuos breakfast and the most friendly and helpful staff, I have met during so many of my trips in all the Europe. Pool ans SPA zone are very nice, from sauna you can have the view into the pool and to the forest, everything very cute equiped. 10 points from 10, I would very recommend this place.

Everything so good and positive, that really no bad experiences.

the afternoon reception was never there when I needed, I had multiple occasions where I had to go and find him. very disappointing…

Fantastic hotel

Nice view from the restaurant and good breakfast. Friendly stuffs in the reception and restaurant.

Actually you can not say that it was a hotel experience as it was almost closed. I can’t assess if it is good or bad, Due to the global situation that affected by COVID19 the hotel also was affected. There’s nothing : no restaurant ,no pool, no reception, no lobby, no room service, no mini bar or even micro bar. I think that i was the only one there. I was clean and very good location and the only one from hotel staff that we met tried hardly to make us happy and satisfied. The only thing that I think it would be right that the hotel have to update the information in website or simply close the booking in this period. I found myself confused as they told me just one day before that they cannot provide meals and I didn’t have the opportunity to cancel my booking and get another one. Anyway COVID19 affected all the world badly and I hope that we can recover soon.
