About this condo rental
Recently renovated smoke-free, pet free spacious 2bed /2bath condo in the much desired Sandcastles Oceanfront Condominium complex, Cocoa Beach . Conveniently located on the A1A, there is easy access to The Orlando Intl Airport, Disney World, Universal Studios, Port Canaveral Cruise Ships & Kennedy Space Center. We are surrounded by Shopping, Groceries and Restaurants. This condo is fully equipped. Kitchen is ready for any chef or the traveling cook. The bedrooms have comfortable beds that can sleep 6 people. WiFi is included. Dining room has seating for 6 as well as seating at the breakfast bar. The living room is well equipped with lots of seating, TV and lamps for reading. King bed in master, 2 full beds in guestroom, 1 twin and 1 queen air mattresses also available. Walk in shower in master, tub/shower in guest bath.All linens are provided, blankets, sheets, pillows, bath and beach towels.All the beach supplies you need are in the closet waiting for you. Chairs, umbrellas, games, sand toys. Tennis rackets and balls, and Pickle ball rackets and balls are available for the on site tennis court. Come to Cocoa Beach and leave your worries and stress behind.

Sheri & Cindy are the perfect hosts. This condo is beautifully remodeled & decorated. Comfortable furniture, gorgeous baths, well appointed kitchen & everything you need for your beach stay. Easy beach access & the location is close to everything. We highly recommend this comfortable property and will stay here in the future. We had a wonderful vacation in Cocoa Beach . The condo was well-equipped with everything needed including plenty of extras for cooking in the kitchen or relaxing/playing on the beach. Communication from the owners was great including lots of information about the area (restaurants, activities, etc.) as well as tips on watching the rocket launch from the beach during our stay. Would love to stay here again in the future if it is available.

We stayed for a week and loved everything. The condo is gorgeous and the owners have thought of everything. I’ve never stayed in a Vrbo where it felt like home. They have everything you could need! Plenty of towels, toiletries, blankets, beach stuff (games, umbrellas, chairs, coolers), fans, cookware, so much more down to bandaids and aloe! Communication was quick and easy! We will go back

Property is very well decorated and equipped. They provide everything you could want; beach chairs, umbrellas, tennis racquettes, fishing poles, and more. Good view of ocean, from balcony. Good location and easy parking. Complex has a nice pool and hot tub, and access to beach is convenient. We thouroughly enjoyed this property and hope to return.

The condo was very well stocked with everything you need to cook, plenty of towels, as well as beach gear. My only complaint was I could not sit on the balcony and see the beach. Maybe if we were on a higher floor, we might be able to see the beach, but the condo balcony faced south. You could see the ocean from the balcony. The buggy for the condo building was really old with one of the wheels locked, and all of the wheels were really worn, making it hard to push. But overall, it was a lovely condo and the hosts were really great.

Property had a real wow factor as soon as you walked in. Very spacious, kitchen well equipped and balcony that had a side view of the sea. Location is excellent with beach not 100 yards away plus several excellent restaurants nearby.
Communication with owners was great who also allowed us a few extra hours so we could enjoy the beach on the final morning.
Definitely recommend.

Great beach location
We loved the spacious updated condo and its proximity to the beach. We were visiting family that live in the area so we didn’t have a lot of free time but it was great to start and end our days on the beach.
The condo is super convenient to restaurants and Publix, the Dunkin is a quick walk, download the app, order as you walk out the door, walk in grab coffee.
The beach supplies were plentiful and something for every age range.
The hosts were great to communicate with and left clear instructions.
We really enjoyed our stay.

Great property near beach
We loved our stay at this condo. The owners had everything one could possibly need during the stay including lots of pillows, towels, so many beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and every cooking item you could possibly need. We have stayed at a lot of properties and this one is great. The location to the beach was perfect. Having laundry in the unit is nice. There were lots of books, coloring books, games, movies as well for the evenings. Owners were great to work with.

Lovely condo in ideal location.
Enjoyed our weeklong right next to the beach. Hosts make sure you have everything you need. Secure and easy check in process. Loved hanging on the sunny balcony after a day at the beach. Great stay!

Family Getaway
We had an amazing stay at the Condo Sisters property! The condo was beautiful and the location was great. Easy access to the beach with all of the beach necessities provided for in a fully stocked beach closet. We tried out several of the restaurant recommendations and very much enjoyed them all.
An amazing trip over and would look forward to staying there again!

Beautiful Property with Exceptional Accommodations
We were impressed with the décor and cleanliness of this property. They had provided everything to make the stay very comfortable including the little extras that one might forget when traveling! The air mattresses added an extra level of comfort for my children considering they are getting too big to share beds. That added to the sleep space value for our large family. We had questions that arose on our first evening and the owners were extremely prompt and thorough with their responses. I couldn't have been more pleased. I would definitely recommend this property!

Beach Escape
This was a great condo right on the beach. Super clean. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed for a day at the beach! The homeowners were kind enough to share recommendations for activities and dining nearby. Plenty of room for my spouse, two teen sayers and myself! The WiFi is iffy so was unable to get a few Zoom calls done. Just called in instead. Homeowners were very gracious and easy to communicate with. They were accessible for questions and kind in their responses. This is a great place for a get away and would recommend to anyone!

Perfect experience in all aspects!
What a great condo and owners! Communication with the owners is great and fast. The check-in process couldn’t be easier and the condo is wonderful! It is updated, clean and includes everything you need to feel home away from home. Lots of beach towels and beach accessories such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. That made the trip so much easier for our family to not have to worry about bringing all that. Condo building is right on the beach and it is quick and easy access! What a great place, thank you!

Had a fabulous 7 nights in the condo family of 6. It was very close to the beach which was wonderful. Very simple check-in. The condo is very clean and very well-stocked. Owner was very pleasant and easy to talk to.
