Well presented clean and tidy. Easy check in.

Nothing to respond with. Just a point of note- the fridge might need to be looked at. Had water in the base of it.

I arrived after dark with key in lock box & map for location of room was printed sideways, got lost driving around for 10mins looking for the right unit

being from the country we stay in alot of hotels when we come to the city. For the same price we have got much better fa

nice surroundings. close to where we needed to be.

pillows were awful and only 2 of them on a queen bed. throw cushions need to thrown away. could do with a spare blanket supplied as the bedding that was on the bed was very thin. a bit of an upgrade all around. the noise travels quite bad too. we could hear a toddler crying in the middle of the night from a couple of units up.

Had to wash dishes in bathroom sink a small wash bucket would be nicer.

forgettable !!! except we can't

not much to be honest

the place is dirty , stained carpets, a walk from the bed to the toilet makes your feet black. the general condition of the place is old and needs refreshing, the drawers fell apart, the doors don't close on the cupboards, the staff ( what staff we didn't see anyone other than a cleaner who showed up with towels 24 hrs after the initial request ) arriving in Perth after a 28 hour travel period to a room booked for 3 and not having a towel other than a hand towel is not acceptable (. one between three people ). it goes on but hey ho ....

Lovely location , comfortable beds good customer service, just took a while to get a response to my message regarding payment!

There is no available taxi service! i did enquire prior to driving from Geraldton but did not get a reply! Given that these days law abiding citizens do not drink and drive it would off been lovely to have a taxi to take us to our friends wake 15 minutes from the accommodation! Poor taxi service all over Perth!! always has been!

Location and suited my purpose for staying.

Unfortunately I was allocated an adjoining room and you could hear everything. I had ear plugs, very handy, cut out the road noise and other room. Came in good use.
