Nytt och modernt hotell, rum med luftkonditionering med gångavstånd till centrum, Rhein-floden och Bodensjön.
Bra med parkeringsgarage i källaren.
En manlig receptionist var oengagerad.
Saknade kylskåp, vattenkokare och kaffemaskin.
Frukosten var begränsad, men ok.
För liten papperskorg i badrummet.

Zentrale Lage nördlich des Rheins an einer zentralen Straße. Personal ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und flott.
Modernes Design (aber keinen Schrank). Ablageflächen im Bad vorhanden.
Frühstücksbuffet ausgewogen und bietet auch was für Veganer.
Klimaanlage modern.
Teils freie Parkplätze im Viertel oder in der Tiefgarage.
ÖPNV Tickets in der Kurtaxe. Radabstellraum.
Gut für einen Wochenendausflug.
Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, u a. zu den Nachbarzimmern. Das Zimmer zum Platz und Zug Strass Richtung Moschee hat eine 5 m Fensterfont, der Verkehr auf der Straße startet ca. 5:30 und ist im Zimmer zu hören. Für Menschen mit unruhigem Schlaf kann das ein Problem sein. Alternativ: Fenster schließen.

Location
There is no telephone in the room, and therefore if you need anything, you must go down to the reception, and there is also no small refrigerator in the rooms

Very good location: close to Bodensee and swimming spots, Old Town just across the bridge. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice rooms with air conditioning and soundproof windows. Breakfast was good and with lot of choices even if you arrived there late. Lot of books and magazines about Konstanz and Bodensee in the lobby so you can get ideas for your trip.
Maybe a bit expensive but as Konstanz was fully sold out it was not a surprise. We were happy that someone had cancelled booking and we were able to stay in the hotel (and stay in Konstanz).

Room have no mini bar, telefone to reach reception and the restaurant is very simple with no much option. Breakfast is good.

The place is very tasteful furnished and stylish and in an excellent location to the city. Near but still quiet
The breakfast is good but it misses an eye for details (local and changing products, interesting ingredients, a la carte eggs) that I would expect for such a place and that would pair excellent with the otherwise tasteful place . … it is more along your usual sausage and egg line. Also free coffee throughout the day is by now a bit a standard and lacking here.

Modern hotel, located in a green neighbourhood just outside the Old Town. Easy walking distance of main attractions. Guests can rent (regular) bikes for free or e-bikes for a small fee. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
