Uroczy wielki apartament w starej willi

Bardzo obszerny apartament w wygodnej lokalizacji, z jednym mankamentem owej lokalizacji >> patrz wady

W pobliskim klubie w piątek i sobotę odbywały się głośne imprezy, muzyka do 3-ciej w nocy przeszkadzała spokojnym śnie. I szkoda, że właściciele nie poinformowali, że jeden z przycisków przy łazience - wyglądający jak zwykły włącznik światła - w rzeczywistości włącza bojler podgrzewający wodę, w związku z czym jednej nocy myliśmy się pod zimnym prysznicem

Way overpriced for what is supplied. Dirty, and hot. Misleading about air conditioning, which is only in the lounge and not the bedrooms

Great location, friendly hosts

Location was superb, short walking distance to main part of Pula, shops and the port, 30 mins to the beach. And it was huge!!!! Big tall ceilings and windows, separate kitchen and lovely gardens. Ample parking. Hosts were very friendly, informative and responsive. Awesome staying in a

It was a bit dusty and PowerPoints where lacking but understandable for the age and charm of the apartment.

Fantastilno iskustvo, sve bih ponovila!

If you are a fan of salon apartments, you go with friends or family, and you also need to be alone from time to time, this villa is made for you! Rustic, but very clean and spacious. Beautiful and large kitchen and living room, wonderful greenery, and a garden on the ground floor are ideal for the first-morning coffee. Fantastic location, everything is at your fingertips :)

Realistically, the whole team of seven of us was very satisfied. But, if I had to highlight something, maybe I would have liked the bathroom to have some additional shelves for cosmetics, as well as some space to hang towels or clothes. It's really the little things :)

Good location

The location was very central, the size of the apartment was huge. Is in need of a bit of updating.

The one shower drain was blocked. And could do with a toaster and microwave.

Owner very accommodation, utterly fantastic location

Soaring ceilings, very spacious rooms, feeling of antiquity with the period architecture (terrazo and parquet flooring), modern bathrooms.

A few amenities like soap and washing up liquid.

Unique and fabulous experience!

Property is very spacious and beautiful! It’s so close to all of the best things to see in downtown Pula AND close to the boat excursion meeting spots & cliffs for jumping. The host was helpful with getting us situated and comfortable. There were plenty of clean linens and towels for our large family of 8. The one built-in air conditioner cooled the entire apartment during some pretty hot days. The kitchen, bathrooms, and living room are large and comfortable, filled with the amenities we needed!

We didn’t know we had to turn on the two hot water heaters so we all had cold showers the first night. Parking and driving through the dead-end street was difficult with a bigger vehicle (we couldn’t fit our vehicle inside the gate & turning around at the tight, curved dead-end was a bit stressful). We always bring our own toiletries so we didn’t mind not having some provided - but heads up for those who expect that at a property.

Very good

This is a grand apartment in a historic building in the very centre of Pula. The furniture, although spartan, fits the mood of the building. The rooms are huge, with plenty of space for the whole family. The apartment even had two bathrooms, which was appreciated by our 5 teenagers.

There is airco in the lounge, but not in the rooms. Some of the rooms can get hot, which meant an uncomfortable night for some of us.

Great place

Perfect location in center, but in a quiet garden. We could park the car in the garden and not worry about finding and paying for parking in the center. Excellent for a large group - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very spacious in general, great living room and kitchen. We all commented that the place looked better than in photos, we were very satisfied.

Not all beds are equally comfortable, some matresses could be replaced. No amenities, I think the property should provide at least toilet paper on arrival of guests - it is not a significant cost, but it can be incovenient not to have any available when guests arrive in the evening, when everything is closed.

We were 7 adults and one baby, the apartment was perfect for us, very spacious, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, the location is very near to all the attractions.

Very good

The apartment is beautiful and very big. The beds are very comfortable . The apartment is in general very quiet. The apartment is very clean

The showers need shower curtains that fit. This is really simple to fix. The bar further down the road had a couple of late nights with very loud outdoor music. I'm not sure how the bar gets away with it as it would affect a lot of the neighborhood. Saturday was the worse. But overall its not a huge problem and wouldn't put us off going again. Just a bit of a shame.
