€130 for this accommodation is a steal! The room was filthy ( dust under the bed, dirty sticky furniture, the bed sheets not changed after the previous guest ). There is no window but only the entrance door with is made of glass therefore the light of the stairs enters the room. The bathroom window is broken and there are neither shutters nor curtains for privacy. I had to use a towel to cover it. The room is located on the 3rd floor with no lift and narrow and steep stairs to reach it. The host arrived 45 minutes late to the meeting point arranged for the check-in and showed no reception skills. Parking in this part of Gaeta is a big issue and the host was unable to give in advance proper information to avoid parking fines and allow a comfortable luggage loading and unloading ( car must be kept 1 km far away in a park area which costs 15 euro per day ) The area itself would be fine as it is on the seafront and along one of the main street full of shops but I do not recommend this room even for one night.

Host was among the kindest I’ve ever encountered. Location is spot on! I’ll definitely come back.
