Our New Penthouse apartment was recently acquired and renovated in a very contemporary style, while maintaining a beach atmosphere. Sit down for breakfast in our large terrace overlooking the Isla Verde Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Prepare dinner in our fabulous new kitchen with top of the line appliances, and stunning stellar white quartz counters.Amenities include the following: -Three beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with smart TV's and cable service. -Three recently renovated bathrooms, two in the bedroom area and one in the living area -Washer and dryer in the second level, near bedrooms -State of the art magazine worthy new kitchen, featuring new stainless steel appliances, and stellar white quartz counter tops. Appliances include: french door style refrigerator, wall oven and microwave, dishwasher, glass cook top, and all small appliances customary in a kitchen of this category, as coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. -Inside living area is comprised of an area for TV entertainment with a 55 inch smart TV encased in a beautiful fascia and round glass dining table for 6 to 8. -Outdoor living area is comprised of a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean with a table for 6, modular seating an bar stools. -KItchen connects to terrace via a door and also through a large window that opens up into a bar counter, perfect for entertainment. -This is a dream apartment which would make your vacation in Puerto Rico truly unforgettable!!! -In case you want to get out of the apartment and rent a car, this Penthouse comes with a reserved parking space with direct access to the garage, and close to the elevators.

The place was beautiful, roomy, and felt very safe for a small group of girls. The location was fantastic! There was plenty of places to eat right across the street or just a short walk away. We had a little difficulty at check in but the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Family trip to Isla Verde. Penthouse location was very nice. The amenities were good but could have perhaps been a bit newer and better maintained. Property manager was very gracious and accommodating. We had a wonderful trip. The cleaning person was especially kind as well.

You can't get any closer to the beach than this location! We had a great stay and the host was super easy to get a hold of and very responsive.

Great location and beach access. Close to restaurants and supermarket with easy access to main roads and airport. Apartment was perfect size for our family of 6, enough bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. The view from condo was gorgeous. The kitchen had all appliances, but the cabinets need a little adjustment, some doors were loose. There were enough towels and sheets. The pool was a nice size and clean. Main complaint was that we were only given one key fob to access the main entrance to building and beach and with 6 of us we had to constantly go up and down to let others in to the building. We contacted the management company but did not get a second key fob. Would still stay here again and would recommend to others.

Great location close to the airport. Private beach and pool. (Traveling for work, so while i couldn't be on the beach, I had a great view) Good restaurants all in walking distance. Smooth check in and check out process. We'll definitely be back as well as looking at Annie's other properties!

The property was in a great location. Our rental had an incredible view. Very close to airport, restaurants, and shopping. Annie left us alot of information on what to do during our stay.

Beautiful, Clean Penthouse condo steps from an amazing beach. This is our second stay here and it felt like returning home as we had left it a couple of years ago. We hope to return “home” in the future.

We had a wonderful time. The location is great! Many restaurants and stores within walking distance. We went to the 24/7 supermarket upon arrival and stocked up on groceries as the unit came with a spacious kitchen. We had dinner out on the balcony several evenings which was very nice. The pizza place in front of the unit has excellent food and drinks.
There is ample sleeping space throughout the unit with larger families. We were a party of 5 and the unit was great for us. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedrooms.
Waking up to walk on the beach, a quick swim, and making fresh juice in our kitchen every morning was the very best. We definitely recommend this unit! It has everything you need to have a wonderful stay.

Our stay was wonderful!! Val the property manager was very quick to response with any issues, that meant a lot to us we all loved the place and we highly recommend to anyone to stay here! It is in the center of many places we hope to come back again.

The second day we had a huge ac unit leak in the living room which seeped into a suitcase and purse on the floor, maintenance came out but it was still leaking our whole stay, we had roaches and ants in the kitchen which ruined food we had to toss the last straw was waking up to ants in the master bed

This is a fantastic place to stay! All of the rooms are comfortable & all the linens, towels, toiletries were perfect! We had a great time. Besides the beach, our favorite place to hang out was on the patio. Fantastic view of the beach! If we travel to Puerto Rico again, we would definitely stay here if we can!
Also the host responds almost immediately to any questions!

My family stayed here for spring break, and loved the property. This was our first vrbo rental, and couldn't have been happier. I was impressed with the size and cleanliness of the property, as well as how modern it was. Absolutely would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The property is well maintained, feels very safe, and is close to many shops and restaurants. The condo was beautiful with a great view and management was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely return!

Perfect location and space for my husband and I and another couple. The large patio was the selling point for us all and it did not disappoint. Small issues at the beginning of our stay were easily and efficiently taken care of by the attentive property manager Val. The only drawbacks to this unit were lack of beach chairs and only 2 security fobs. Chairs not a problem at the Isla Verde beach as there were concessions to rent lounge chairs and umbrellas. But we like to check out remote beaches. The ones we went to did not have chair rentals. The only other issue was that there were only 2 security fobs available for entering and exiting the property. We appreciate the security of the building, but there were times when we wanted to do things separately. Not possible for one person to walk on the beach, another go shopping and the other couple go for a drive without coordinating time and place to get back into the building. Other than that, we enjoyed our time in this very lovely space.

Excellent beach area that has ample surf for bodyboarding for kids. Close to restaurants to walk to and grocery store. Is close to airport which means listening to planes take off a lot.

Our family of four had a fantastic stay. This property is gorgeous. If your idea of a vacation is to relax to the sound of the waves with a balmy breeze, this pent house delivers! Lots of restaurants and activities near by if you step out.

The view and location was amazing but there were ants throughout the entire unit. The AC wasn’t working right down stairs and after several failed attempts the technician shut it of completely which made it extremely warm and uncomfortable. The AC in the master wasn’t working either so I had many sleepless nights (we were there for 8 days) then was advised to turn it on and let it leak, I placed a bowl under the leak and made the best of it.
The property is in a great location and the property manager is very responsive but they just weren’t able to get it fixed while I was there and it was very inconvenient trying to arrange for the technician to get in.

The location and the views were absolutely awesome. Just sitting in the balcony took all your worries away. Although we encountered a couple of hiccups they were resolved immediately.

We enjoyed our family vacation on Isla Verde. We were comfortable and happy with the accomodations overall. We did have some trouble with ants but it wasn't too bothersome. I thought the place was beautiful but it could use a bit more attention to detail, like the cabinetry for example, wasn't all put together in several places. Just some minor touches would have really made it immaculate. All in all, we were happy! We would be happy to stay there again.

Perfect retreat for a family with teens
I cannot begin to describe how perfect this property is! Our week stay with myself, husband and two teens..the property is situated right on the beach with the 3 bedrooms upstairs. Plenty of space for us to spread out and each have our own space as well as a great area to gather together to play games etc. The rental was perfect for us to lounge and read on the balcony, watching the sunsets as well as close to great restaurants and the best part is it is literally on the beach! We would 100% stay again!!
