Noosa main beach is only a short 5 min drive. FREE internet as well as Netflix for all your movies, documentaries or favourite TV shows. Large open plan living, dining & kitchen area lead to a covered outdoor retreat where you can sit back & relax in the large, comfy lounge or gather around the 10 seater outdoor setting overlooking the sparkling salt water pool surrounded by tropical gardens. With three separate living areas there is plenty of room for everyone. Most bedrooms have air conditioning & all bedrooms have fans & quality ensemble beds ensuring a comfortable sleep. Master bedroom has a flat screen TV/DVD & large en-suite with spa bath and separate shower. PETS Pets (quiet & well trained) are allowed but only on the condition that specific arrangements have been made with the owner in writing with breed and age of your pet - SORRY, NO PUPPIES OR CATS. Upon approval the animals are not permitted on the furniture or upstairs area. BYO pet bedding, pets to remain outside undercover or in garage when owners are not in attendance. For the comfort of our neighbors please ensure that you refrain your dogs from barking. Pet waste is to be picked up and properly disposed of by the owner before departing the property. $50 per pet, per stay applies. 7 Neptune Circuit was just the perfect house for our holiday in Noosaville. The House is in a great location- short walk to shops & River. Very clean & tidy. The house is comfortable & one you can relax in. Our Host was a great communicator and we really appreciated the flexibility of an earlier check in as our arrival flights were early in the morning. Would definately love to come back.

Great location away from the busy center at Hastings St but short walk to the beautiful river and a short drive to the main beach and shops. Lovely house with plenty of room for us all - great fun playing family games by the pool or in the dining area. Impressive lizard visited the pool each morning.

Our stay was amazing we flew up from Melbourne and everything was easy and effortless. We all had a fantastic stay and we did not want for anything as we had it all at our finger tips. Definitely an oasis, luxurious and a home away from home. Would highly recommend A+++++

Great property, 4 nice bedrooms, close to shops. Also has a pool but it was too cold for swimming. Had some fun fishing nearby and attended a wedding.

The property was perfect for our family holiday of 6 adults & one infant. The house was spacious enough for us to have a space to ourselves when we needed as well as great communal areas in the kitchen/dining area & pool area. The house was clean & had everything we needed. The check-in & check-out process was easy as well. We recommend this property for all of these reasons as well as the location.

Lovely home with all the little extras

This house is really fantastic and we hope to come and stay again when visiting nearby family. Location is great (shops a 5 minute walk and restaurants near the river less than 10 minutes). By the way the restaurants are as good as anything in Melbourne. You can just walk everywhere for all the stuff you need, and everything else is a short drive away. The house itself is large and airy with a wonderful outside entertaining space and BBQ. But more than that, this place has all the little things that many other properties don’t think about. Spare gas for BBQ, spare batteries for the remote, some basics in the pantry like spices and oil - even a mossie coil holder (we had brought our own but it was great to have another!). Some places feel almost like a hotel, this just felt like staying in a friend’s fabulous home. We did have a slight issue with the pool initially but the owners were very responsive and did what they could to assist. Pool was fantastic once we got in it. Highly recommend.

Wonderful house - well equipped with lots of space and spotlessly clean. Only a short walk to Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s etc and about a 5-8 minute walk to the River where there is a great choice of cafes/bars. It’s approximately a 5km walk into Hastings St, Noosa but you can easily catch the ferry from the riverfront. Dianne the owner was very helpful and very prompt in replying to any queries. We loved the pool and how clean everything was. It’s in a really quiet location which is fabulous if you prefer to be out of the hustle and bustle around Noosa/Hastings Street during peak season. Added bonus - pet friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Large comfortable house, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Very short walk to cafes. restaurants, shops, hotel. The beautiful Noosa River walk is only 7 to 8 minute walk away also. Had a wonderful week there. Dianne was very accommodating and responsive when we contacted her.

This is a lovely Noosa home. Plenty of room for parents, kids and dog. The pool is lovely and refreshing, and is located in a shady part of the backyard. The house is a short walk from Noosa River, as well as shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is in a lovely quiet area, within easy (5 min) walking distance of shops/supermarket. It is also only a short drive to the main beach and Noosa shopping precinct. It is well appointed with generous sized rooms and family zones and a pretty backyard/garden and pool. It was a pleasure to stay in and we would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks Dianne :)

This home had so many little extras for a holiday house. The beds were super comfy, the biggest bath in a gorgeous bathroom, the location was walking distance to all the activities. Will definitely be back!
