The room was freshly cleaned. The bed was comfortable. Very convenient location.

Location quiet comfy settee and chair and bed

Small flat located in an ideal spot a few minutes away from Beverley town centre, it had a parking space which was a bonus, it was basic but was adequate for a nights stay, the bed was lovely and comfortable, we didn’t cook during our stay.

While using the shower the water wasn’t going down and was over flowing on to the bathroom floor we lifted up the drain cover to try and declog the drain and found what looked like a lump of plastic from an old shower gel bottle covered with gunk and hair we removed this, the water then flowed we then cleaned the shower head which had mould on it, I wrote a message to Andy to complain about the the state of the shower and that the shower drain hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, but he chose to ignore my message and not reply I was disappointed with his lack of response, the paintwork all round the skirting boards were marked and scratched.

Convenient location. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped.

Mattress to firm for me but just a minor issue. Could have done with more milk but again minor

The location was the main reason for staying there, and the price was about right for what it was

Just a couple of things that could've been done. No outside bin to dispose of our rubbish before leaving, not enough toilet rolls for our stay.

Location was fab, property was great, everything we needed in it and would definitely recommend to family and friends. Will definitely book again when we stay in Beverley.
