Chalet was well organized and had two newly set-up large rooms on 1st floor. And all other rooms on the 2nd floor were std Japanese sized retro rooms with small attached toilet and bathrooms. Washlets were only downstairs on three separate common toilets all others does not have a washlet. Property has 2 onsens and both were good. Property owners were very helpful when we requested for support as the stair rails had large gaps and could be risky for kids. They quickly set-up temporary barriers for us. Kitchen was the very well set-up to handle commercial use. Outside BBQ with gas set-up was good as well. All in all we loved the mix of the property and our group enjoyed the stay.

Excellent and Highly Recommended Stay!
This property was huge, beautiful and just amazing!! We were able to find everything we could think of. The very first sight of this huge chalet brought smiles to our faces! As we were a big group of 9 adults and 7 kids, there was plenty of room in this house and very comfortable. The kids kept on running around with the great advantage of space! At the end, we loved the chalet so much that we extended our stay. With that, Justin was an amazing host..he was quick in answering our questions and told us about interesting places to visit nearby. Furthermore, the kitchen was fully equipped with toasters, rice cooker, mixer, oven,bakeware, cookware, serveware , glassware, microwave,coffee maker, 2 big refrigerators and two big dishwashers.The utensils were super clean and it was fun cooking in the huge kitchen with a big gas range…Even the kids surprised us by making three cakes in the lovely kitchen. All the rooms are attached with bathrooms upstairs and there were two suites and two onsens downstairs and three common toilets…this made it helpful to enjoy drinks and television in the large lobby area downstairs. We also had a barbecue night outside..where there were two BBQ sets(electric and coal) with large sitting for groups. Lastly, the washing machine and dryer were in basement and there is also a play room downstairs with different board games ,PS5, books & movies etc. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we all would love to return to this property again..Thank you a-lot Justin, and just to wrap up, i have to say this stay was 5 times as good as you can imagine!! We were lucky to have been able to enjoy this facility and would highly recommend!!
There was nothing as such but there were little bugs in some rooms..a spray was provided to get rid of them.

Really nice, great stay
The Chalet is amazing, it has an Onsen in the master bedroom and a 2nd onsen for everyone else. Really nice, great stay.

Lovely property, Hakuba was beautiful. I definitely recommend a trip in the fall.
We drove, it was easy to find on google maps. The two onsens in the house are amazing, especially the one connected to the master bedroom, I've never seen anything like it.

Exceptional
Hosts were waiting for us at the property on check-in. This place is huge, the two onsens are amazing especially the one attached to the master bedroom. We had a really nice BBQ in the outside BBQ area.
