Beautiful private vacation home with modern kitchen, bathrooms and pool. This home offers everything you need while you and family & friends relax and enjoy all the sites Fort Lauderdale has to offer. The private backyard setting is highlighted by a lush tropical patio area with patio furniture and a new pool, giving you a sense of being at a 1st class resort. The house provides complete window shading with blackout shades in the bedrooms as well as ceiling fans to sleep comfortably at night. THE POOL IS HEATED and has lighting for nighttime. The minimum age requirement for renting is 25. Located in the Wilton Manors neighborhood the house is a 2 block walk to shopping, dining, and grocery store.. And the beach is a short car or bike ride away! (6 bicycles are available) The house offers free Wi-Fi, desk, recycling bins, and a tropical garden with a mango tree. The quiet, private backyard is relaxing. A shaded lounge area is provided with a BBQ gas grill, furniture, and lush landscaping. Amenities: This house is fully stocked for all your needs. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths give you plenty of room for up to 7 people. The wireless internet lets you stay connected, if you wish. The kitchen has all the dishes, pans, and utensils to enjoy a gourmet meal in the privacy of your own vacation home! And there are super capacity clothes washer and dryer for your use. The house has a wireless keypad with your own code for security. Our property manager is also available if you need help or want to be shown the features for a great stay..

This house was perfect for us. It's located in a charming neighborhood that was an easy "home base" for everything we wanted to do in South Florida. It's an quick drive to Miami, Delray Beach, West Palm, etc. We enjoyed so many art galleries and museums-- and of course ate near the beach most days. The home is wonderful-- beautiful mid-century modern style that felt more like a primary residence rather than a rental-- NO flip flop, flamingo or "Life's a Beach" decor. The heated pool was delightful, as was the lush landscaping. We loved the little things that made our stay so easy-- laundry detergent, dish pods/soap, basic spices, bathroom essentials, etc. Our host, Robert, made sure everything was perfect for us. And thanks to Adelson the home was immaculate. Even though the weather wasn't perfect it was a perfect vacation for us.

Everything was great with our stay. Location was central to beaches and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and pool had a lot of privacy. The pool lights at night were great for night swims. The house was clean, well stocked, and peaceful. Owners were very easy to get ahold of and helped us prepare for our trip. Highly recommend this home for your next vacation.

When staying at a property like this there are a few things most people do not think of that are incredibly important. Here's what you should know-THIS HOUSE CHECS ALL THE BOXES:
1) This home is incredibly well appointed! The pictures are very exact. No trick photography here!
2) This owner has equipped the home with things like spices, things you need for cooking a dish just like you were at home, laundry detergent, fabric softener, as well as other items needed. Most people do not think about these types of things when traveling but you sure are glad you have them when you get there!
3) The owner and property manager are INCREDIBLEY RESPONSIVE!! This is important when You are choosing a place to stay. You want to know if there's ever any issue or a question, you're not dealing with some customer service representative in another country!
Our family truly enjoyed our time here. The owner was super friendly to deal with! I would give it six stars if I could!

I highly recommend you stay here. The pictures are very accurate and reflect the well kept, clean property. The rental is well equipped, has everything you need and even things you didn’t realize you’d need. The neighborhood is safe & quiet - we went for early morning walks and ran into several friendly neighbors. I worked remotely for part of my stay and had zero issues with WiFi/zoom. We enjoyed floating in the pool all day- really no need to go to the crowded beach. The property is very close to downtown Wilton Manor, restaurants and shopping. You can catch a ride on the Circuit shuttle for $2.00 and dont need to worry about driving/parking downtown WM. Robert is very responsive, easy to work with & really wants to make your stay enjoyable. Checking in & out was seamless. Can’t wait to rent again!

It was my family's first time exploring Florida area and we loved it! This house is close to everything including the best beaches but we also enjoyed our morning and afternoon swims in the house pool when we were there. The high speed internet was excellent wihout any issues. Everything about the property made our get away a stress free vacation. The property provides all essentials needed for the beach including 6 bicycles to ride around the neighborhood. We enjoyed the neighborhood and admired the manicured gardens! It is a very safe area as people are very friendly and welcoming! We definitely recommend this house.

We are a family of four and we’ve stayed at many rentals, and this was by far the best stocked house we’ve been to. Everything you could need in the kitchen, bathroom, and even tons of things in the garage (bikes, coolers, beach chairs, etc)! Everything is truly thought of, which helps you feel at home while you’re there. The pool was a big hit as the temperature was just right, and we loved the pool floaties that were available to use. There was plenty of space to spread out and lots of closet space as well. It was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and you can tell that the owners invested a lot into updates throughout the home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and walkable to many things (our favorite was The Alchemist). We had a minor issue with a toilet not flushing, but the Property Manager took care of it right away. We loved this stay so much and hope to come back again! Thanks for having us 💗

Amazing house, with incredible backyard and heated pool. Lots of pool floaties/toys available in the backyard. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen equipped with almost anything you could need for equipment, and sugar and basic spices already available. The kids had a blast and the house is very comfortable for the adults too! Also property manager and owner very responsive to any questions or concerns, always promptly responsive to messages! Would definitely recommend!

The whole process from start to finish in renting this property was so easy. The property owners are amazing with their communication. The area is stunning and so close to everything. We felt so safe. We had a relaxing cycle to the beach and had a Starbucks in walking distance. There is also an amazing food shop called Sprouts very close.
The house itself is exactly as it appears in the pictures, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We didn't want to leave! The beds are so comfortable. Everything was clean, the pool is a great size and a lovely temperature. The kitchen is well equipped, and I could cook everything for the family.
We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a lovely holiday,

10 minutes away from the bustling, restaurants and nightclubs in Las Olas. The communication with the owners/managers was awesome and they were so accommodating to some of my communication snafus. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was a perfect stay.

The house was very clean. Robert let us check in early, which was great because we arrived at 10am. The house was set up with things that we didn’t think of that we could use. There were bikes for us to ride, beach chairs coolers and beach umbrellas if we wanted to hit the beach as well as many beach towels and loads of sunblock to choose from. The pool was supplied with rafts and some other toys for kids. Overall it was a great experience!

Everything was 100% including communication with the property owner who made sure our stay was 100%. The property was exactly as listed and surpassed our expectations. Wilton Manors is a great location and the house is central to lots of great areas. We will be rebooking for next year for sure

Quiet and Relaxing Getaway
Great location and amazing house with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The pool was wonderful and the house provided privacy for all guests with spaced out bedrooms. Robert and his property manager were super responsive and available 24/7. We had easy access to restaurants and shopping as well as a beautiful neighborhood to walk and explore. We will definitely be back!

The biggest pan was the problem, so we just used several of the smaller pans available for the rest of the stay and all was well!

My only negative feedback is that some of the kitchen pans need to be replaced, two of them are very worn and burnt our food when we first attempted to use them. The biggest pan was the problem, so we just used several of the smaller pans available for the rest of the stay and all was well!

My husband, sister and I stayed in this 3 bedroom Wilton Manors home for 10 days. It was spacious and everything was in working order. The outdoor space with built in, heated pool was used every day! The house manager as well as the owners were responsive to our needs.
There were some things that were in need of replacement, due to use. I passed along our suggestions and the response was positive and swift so I have no doubt all will be taken care of quickly.
We would absolutely stay here again!

My husband, sister and I stayed in this 3 bedroom Wilton Manors home for 10 days. It was spacious and everything was in working order. The outdoor space with built in, heated pool was used every day! The house manager as well as the owners were responsive to our needs.

We loved our stay at this property! It truly felt like home. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen which was well equipped for a home cook. Comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. Loved the heated pool as well! We would definitely recommend it to others.
