About this house rental
Oceanside duplex in the Haven Beach area of Beach Haven with everything you need for a great family vacation!!! We are just 8 houses from the beach and a short walk to many restaurants and shops. Located on a quiet street in Haven Beach just 1 block (see map) off the ocean, our home sleeps 6 and features 3 bedrooms, 1 full and 1 half bath; air conditioning; open floor plan; large kitchen; great family room and dining room; large outdoor showers with dressing area. Immaculate and freshly painted inside and out! 1st floor completely redone and beautiful! Check out the pictures! Great for kids. Plenty of parking. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING. Check in time is 2 PM and check out is 10 AM. Beach badges are included as a courtesy to our guests. Beach Haven Highlights: Beach Haven is home to multiple attractions, including the only amusement park on the island: Fantasy Island, off-Broadway quality live musical theatre: Surflight Theatre, cabaret-style sing-for-your dessert entertainment: Showplace Ice Cream, Bay Village Shopping Center, Long Beach Island Museum and many distinctive shops and restaurants, including Tucker's Restaurant, noted in Philadelphia Magazine as the number one restaurant on Long Beach Island. There is also a water park, Thundering Surf, and numerous miniature golf facilities. Veteran's Bicentennial Park, in the heart of Beach Haven, hosts many summer concerts, flea markets and parades, and an open park area for general recreation. As the island is only a few blocks wide, the beach and the bay are readily accessible from anywhere in Beach Haven.

From the moment we inquired about this property, to and through after check-out, our communication with Kerry and the week's stay couldn't have been better.
The duplex is in a nice location, just 8 houses to the beach (3 min walk), close to restaurants, shopping, bike rentals and more. We rented the bottom of the two units (though they're virtually identical), and we enjoyed having the covered deck during the hot late afternoon for cocktails and conversation.
It was ample space for the four of us; me, my wife, 17 year old daughter and 20 year old son.
The kitchen is well stocked, comfortable family room to watch our Mets kick butt and the extra .5 bath was a nice bonus as compared to most other similar sized rentals. We would definitely rent this property again and trek back home to the Jersey Shore next summer.
The only suggestion I'd make is to perhaps upgrade the twin mattresses, the kids suggested that, or maybe upgrade one of those two rooms to a queen for more flexibility. But certainly not a deterrent.

We had a great time at Kerry's wonderful LBI property! It was everything we expected and we had such a fun week. The location was perfect! Can't wait to plan the next trip to LBI with the kids in the years ahead!!

We could not have been happier!! We stayed the same week as the owners, Kerry and Bryan who were wonderful and super responsive. We stayed on the 2nd floor--which was immaculately clean and comfortable. Everything is very bright and airy. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for 6. Even the outside shower was very roomy and clean. The house is 12 away from the beach and is walkable to many restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again!

My partner and I had never been to LBI, and we found this place through HomeAway and have to say it was wonderful. Prior to our visit, Kerry was so helpful and welcoming. It was like we were going to stay with friends. Then the place is a great location, walking distance to the beach and eating and shopping. The inside was very clean, had plenty of space, great balcony to hang out on, and a good community of people around. We look forward to staying there again.

Just a wonderful well appointed rental. No negatives, all positives. Our accommodation(lower floor) had been upgraded to central a/c during the transition of raising the house. The weather cooperated for the most part during our stay. Kerry is a very attentive, caring owner who followed up after our arrival. All in all a VERY pleasant experience and we will be returning.

I haven't been to LBI in over 20 years so this summer my wife and I decided to take the kids down for a week of fun in the sun. We came across Kerry's house and it seemed like it would be a good fit for us. From the moment we started communicating with Kerry about our trip she was courteous and responsive. We made our plans and prepared for our trip. When we arrived the house was spotless and even nicer than it appears in the photos. It's in a great location with a short walk to the beach and a couple of nearby restaurants (try the Blue Water Grill!). Our downstairs neighbors were also wonderful and completely understanding when our kids (3.5 and 1.5 years old) were up at 6AM our first morning (they slept until 9AM the rest of the week - thank goodness for the sun and beach!).
And, Kerry's professionalism didn't end when we checked out. It turns out we left a couple items behind and Kerry made sure they were located and returned to us.
Overall, I couldn't recommend Kerry and her home in Beach Haven any more. A really super trip.

We loved this place! We stayed in the downstairs apt. Close easy walk to the beach. Short drive to the town of Beach Haven. Quiet block.front porch deck with chairs. Clean, spacious kitchen, and 1 1/2 baths. Perfect little beach house.Loved the little box of salt water taffy on the table when we arrived. We would return again.

My husband and two boys spent a long weekend at this property in September. First, the house is absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. The location is amazing- a few houses from the beach. The street is ideal as it is quiet but close to everything. The owners are wonderful and accomidating. I would recommed this property to anyone that is looking to spend time in Beach Haven. It is a comfortable property close to everything. Can't wait to return!

Just returned from a wonderful week on LBI. This house is fantastic, clean and on a quiet street with a short walk to the beach. The owners are lovely and very accomodating. Will definitely return next year, thanks Kerry, Brian and girls!

Just rented for a second time, love this house!!! Rented last August and just rented again for a nice relaxing weekend!!! House is very clean, location is great, close to all but a very quiet street!!! Will continue to rent for a long time!!!! Would highly recommend this house!! Nardi's & Ritas in walking distance.
