Adorable historic property within walking distance to all Lake Geneva has to offer. Everything was great! Beds were comfy.
My only suggestion would be some simple supplies for beach in addition to the towels, like a small cooler and some beach/camp chairs.

We had 5 adult women and stayed in the home for 4 nights. Everyone had their own bedroom and three bathrooms. The historic home was beautiful. The front porch and rocking chairs were a great spot for morning coffee. The house was well stocked for vacation needs. We loved being able to park our 4 cars off street and keep them there. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance, beach, boat tours, restaurants, brewery, and shopping! Highly recommend!

Beautiful historic home that exceeded our expectations. Even better than pictured on the website. Wonderful hosts, who communicated all the details and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. We loved hanging on the front porch and the backyard was a plus. All the restaurants, shops, beach and sights are walking distance!

Beautiful old house that is VERY well taken care of and in a great location!
Did a girls weekend at this house, there were 5 of us, so each had her own bedroom, which was great! Owners obviously take great pride in this house, it was so clean and had absolutely everything we needed and then some! Multiple spots to hang out, including a great front porch and a back patio. Loved the location, just a short walk to downtown and the lake. If your looking for a place for vacation, you can’t go wrong with this!

Great place to rent that’s close to both the lake and downtown.
My family and I loved this place. Walking distance to downtown, the lake, and the public beach/park. Plenty of amenities, full kitchen, comfortable living room, Nice dining room area and the beds were very comfortable. They had a nice grill out back with chairs to relax in Wisconsins awesome summer weather. We’re hoping to stay here again next year.

Our multi-generation family had a lovely stay at this charming historical home which has been updated with all the modern amenities. Very clean and exceptionally well appointed, it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a pleasant 5-10 minute walk from downtown and the lake. There is something for everyone. Boating on the lake of course, with several easy options for boat rentals. The kids loved the beach and the nearby playground, as well as mini-golf (6 minute drive.) The adults enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Highly recommend - you won't be disappointed!

Plenty of room up to 10 people and it was immaculate. You can tell the owners are extremely proud of this house (as they should be) and they have the cares of the renter placed first. There were abundant supplies of all the necessities and you feel they thought of everything for you. Communication with the owners was first rate and they made sure if we needed anything all we had to do was ask. It's only a few short blocks from downtown Lake Geneva so the location is perfect walking distance as we all know what a challenge parking is. If I could give this property 6 stars I would. Highest recommendation for a much needed getaway.

Don’t wait!
Okay you’ve read the reviews. Don’t wait, don’t hesitate, book this house. We stayed here over Thanksgiving with our family of nine (including 3 babies under the age of two) and Jeff and Karen went out of their way to make sure that web had everything we might need. You’ve heard about the apple pie, the beer, the breakfast casserole...but they even went out and got a baby gate for us! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need to create simple to gourmet meals. You can even eat your meal on a choice of fine China! Although there are a lot of gift shops in Lake Geneva you can just get your ideas for decorating and those simple extra touches by noting what Karen and Jeff have done in this house. I have never stayed in a place that was so creatively and thoughtfully put together as this property.

Every possible amenity
Beautifully decorated, completely stocked property. If we needed something, it was there. The owners were extremely responsive - even coming late in the evening to resolve a minor power issue so we could run the dishwasher. If you are visiting Lake Geneva, be sure to stay here.

Karen and Jeff were the perfect hosts and thought of everything! Maple Park Manor has a cozy home atmosphere but also offers plenty of space for everyone.

The welcome was incredible. Many hospitality gifts and suggestions; everything you could possibly need during your stay was provided. The house itself was beautiful and access to the downtown area was so easy. I would 5-star recommend this to anyone considering Lake Geneva WI area for a getaway.

Maple Park Manor is a beautifully updated Victorian. Our 3-generation family totally enjoyed our vacation week here. This home is beautiful, clean, and so well thought out. The decor is very high end - it looks like an Arhaus catalog. The bedding and towels are also high quality.
The hosts are so thoughtful - they left tons of coffee, creamer, sugar, spices, etc. in the kitchen. In addition they left us the ingredients for a great breakfast casserole as well as a beautiful fresh apple pie. Never in our stays at rental homes across the globe have we seen such attention to detail and thoughtfulness in a home.
