This first-class Danish-style cottage is not far from the water's edge in the second row of the Water and Landscape Park in Otterndorf. Here you can really relax and enjoy your holiday in a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. After a long walk in the park or a bike ride along the banks of the Elbe, you can get the heat back in your body and become nicely relaxed in the whirlpool, which is equipped with therapy nozzles for underwater massage. The Scandinavian sauna stimulates your blood circulation. The solarium ensures that you get the right holiday glow regardless of the weather and the season. The large living room with conservatory and studio windows is furnished with a cozy wood stove, two seating areas and dining table for 12 people. This will probably be the natural gathering point for the family during your holiday stay, where there is plenty of space for a large family, or if you are several families together. In open connection with the living room you will find the well-equipped kitchen, which i.a. has microwave and dishwasher. & quot; Morning Terraces & quot; is 12 m & # 178 ;, and from the living room there is access to a 21 m & # 178; large, partially covered sun terrace. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with 1 double bed each. In one of these bedrooms you will find the solarium. The alcove will undoubtedly be the children's favorite, as they have the opportunity to make a & quot; cave & quot; to sleep in. The alcoves are equipped with 2 beds each (full adult size). The 2 bathrooms also make the house suitable for 2 families. In addition, a canoe is available for free use. Please bring your own life jackets. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön, gut ausgestattet und toll gelegen. Wir hatten ein fantastisches Wochenende mit Freunden und dank der Sauna, dem tollen Ofen und einigen Gesellschaftsspielen trotz des ungemütlichen Wetters eine schöne warme Zeit. Auch die Grundausstattung des Hauses lässt nur wenig Wünsche übrig. Die Kommunikation bei der Übergabe funktionierte reibungslos und war einfach und freundlich. Dennoch gibt es leider auch ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte: Das Haus war trotz der Endreinigung bei Bezug leider nicht wirklich sauber. Spinnenweben an den Decken, der Grillrost war noch dreckig (so dass wir selbst nur Grillschalen verwendet haben), der Whirlpool/die Wanne und die Duschen waren leider auch nicht sauber. Auch gab es keine bereitgestellte Seife oder Spülmaschinentabs und von den gelben Säcken, die laut Übergabedokumenten zur Mülltrennung im Haus vorhanden sein sollten, konnten wir auch keine finden. Ein weiteres Manko ist der Herd, der sowohl beim Backen als auch auf der Herdplatte wirklich sehr lange braucht, um in die Gänge zu kommen. Zuletzt haben wir die Abnahme des Hauses, an sich zwar ein sehr zuvorkommender Service, als etwas barsch erlebt und die geforderte Besenreinheit (zu der auch das Putzen des Holz- und Backofens gehören) für einen Auszug bis Punkt 10:00 Uhr bei bis zu 12 Personen schien uns sehr knapp für die besagte Endreinigung. Alles in allem sind wir dennoch überaus zufrieden und bedanken uns an dieser Stelle nocheinmal für das tolle Wochenende in Ihrem Haus und den netten Service. Herzliche Grüße TB

Leider sind die Böden der Töpfe verzogen, daher sind sie zum größten Teil nicht zu gebrauchen. / Außerdem war die Espressomaschine nicht in Ordnung. Die Polster für die Terrassenmöbel waren sehr verschlissen.

Es ist alles in unmittelbarer Nähe . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi Rossmann Lid in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ausflüge nach Cuxhaven oder Bremerhaven sind zu empfehlen. Das Hallenbad im Ort ist eher für kleinere Kinder zu empfehlen.
